Lately I've been surfing around and I have seen conversions from models to textures be treated as if they are an actual mod. They are not. It's a cool project, I want to try it and play it, but it's annoying to read it being introduced like as if it is a scratch mod when all it is is editing textures with another game's textures, and in this case, to compare to SRT3 is out of line when a conversion is not a mod to begin with. I'm not trying to discourage you from completing your PROJECT, but I feel this along with many other conversions is being touted as an actual modification, and it simply isn't one. It's a task. It's replacement of similar assets from a new version of a game to an older one. It modifies the game, but it's not a modification, and it should also Never be compared to SRT3 which is a whole different ball-game than mere texture replacement. This is more for that whole group of people who "mod" by converting things... I'm not singling out any single person, I just want to see mods be called mods, conversions be conversions (without people seeking/creating credit for something they didn't really create any single part of). Don't know how you'll take this, but I'm not being rude, you can see that I support your project, I just know conversion=/=mod and after so many sights of this, this is the best place to say it. Modding is actually more like creating not porting man I decided to port niko from IV to SA because i wanted it for me Also Blitz cant talk for all modders because some people may like and may not like the retexture Blitz is not the creator of SRT3 But he is of the Continue so until vans tells what mod is using he should be quiet like me not gonna post any more posts here in this topic because i dont like ports anymore Vans I hope you make the textures later not port them thats why I didnt wanted to port more peds Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Is the same thing. And at the moment I take care of that mod cuz ParoXum let me, plus the my topic has SRt3 cuz normaly it has relation with my topic. If I gona open a topic and show your mods ( if you have ) and compare them with mine, seriously you just gona do nothing? I defend this mod and that's all. Still don't understand the way of respect quechus13. Is about the hole mod him self. So what if I'm not the original creator. Is about respect the author/s and the mod, doesn't matter what the mod has on it and doesn't matter who/where/how many appreciate SRt3 or not Lear that. QFT. @vans123: Don't call 'Mine' what Rockstar Games Texture Artists made for IV. It's only a task you're doing, not any real ownership on this.
