Swiechu
First, I just noticed that when you change shoes, the sound you make when walking also changes. I switched from moccasins to to some smart shoes from Perseus, and so did the sound, and the new one accurately represented the shoes. Second thing I noticed, is a difference between platforms, as I don't remember it from the xbox version. Bullet trails, just like those in GTA III. You can spot them for a while when drive-by shooting.
cggc93
Nice. Is the small details like this one what keeps the game from getting boring, after a year. This reminds me of when someone discovered that Niko's facial expresion changes if the sunlight is getting directly to his face.

Ænemy
Nice details, but I honestly could've done without them if they went with the more fun and entertaining style of gameplay. I like the realism, but I miss the fun things that were missed from San Andreas and Vice City. Still, the small details are freakin' sweet. Not necessary, but freakin' sweet. TonyClifton
Small details maketh the game. I like Niko's knuckle-cracking when he is standing still, and the rustle of his trousers as he hoiks his balls up.
ikt
The suspension of cars make sounds. If you are going fast and your engine dies, you still hear the sounds that the suspensions make. The facial expressions of the people you steal or kill. Go into the hospital, watch someones face. Then point a gun into their faces and laugh. (They are like OMFG WHAT IS HAPPENING?!) Weapons can get shot out of hands.
