Try downloading and installing the patches manually. Here are the links: Patch 1.0.4.0 GFWL Update After that's done, reinstall DirectX from the game disc. This folder will contain a setup.exe file. You just have to run that file. Btw, you still haven't posted your system specifications or answered any of my other questions.
