My knowlege are not very good but in the future i will learn more, i promise . I make new characters mod for Vice City. Why Vice City? Because it was the first GTA which i play, way before GTA III and Vice City remains my favorite GTA because i like very much the atmosphere of that game. I like to think that Vice City is not dead... 1. New Tommy Vercetti This is Tommy Vercetti with long hair like the members of Love Fist, pants and necklase of Jezz Torrent, little havana tank and the watch removed. 2.Uncle Paul This is Daniel "Danny" Paul, the uncle of Kent Paul which is a former colonel together with Juan Garcia Cortez. Enjoy! 3.Diaz Brother (Download Link removed until i fix some bugs) This is Luis Diaz, the brother of Ricardo Diaz, a man who is ready to revenge Diaz dead. Hope you like the golf gloves. 4.Kent_Paul_4_Vice_City This is a kent paul mod (cs model included) for vice city in which kent has earings, eyebrow ring, new shirt and light colors jeans. Hope you like!!! 5.Lance Vance Dance Suit Line I will make more but give me some good ideas and i will go to work... Big Update I am very surprise that this topic is not dead. I am truly sorry for not replying at time but i was think that this was locked. A bit of a story --->>> After i saw for couple of days that nobody reply to me related to this topic (i am not blame anyone because this is my second mod after one in which i change the plates on San Andreas whit some romanians one) i post something like that on an romanian gta fans site (*****). There it was shown some interes about my skins mods so everybody ask me if i can do a new storyline for VC using maybe this new characters so i start making an romanian TC called GTA VC Street Wars. In the first beta release i cant upload a new script with new missions and abilities because i wasnt that good in scripting so i decide to use NVC 2007 Script Mod from Modstar (Of course i didnt expect any kind of credits for there work but together with a friend we just translate it into romanian). Together with NVC 2007 the TC has other cars mods from JVT, which let me use his cars but to not modificated them in any way. There i've made a mistake and replace all reflections, scrathes and windows from his cars whit another ones which in my opinion was better. Being just an small mod made for friends from that forum i was think that will not be a problem. I replace some textures and effects whit someone made 100% by me (by the way I am proude of them). Here's some screens, plz tell me what you think Changes 1.New sun (better than JVT one's) 2.New water (more close to reality) 3.New vegetation (look at player feets) This change the roads. You can see the differens in the second screen. Players new outfit... Hope you like the screens above After the first beta release (***** is here and for install you will need ******) i was concentrate on the story. Tell me if you think i have good ideas. Year 1993. One year after San Andreas storyline begin. The main character is Gilberto Miguel Rodríguez. Who is Gilberto? Well, I will told you. Do you remember the intro cutscene from GTA III? Then the columbian cartel blow up the bridge from where 8-Ball and Claude escape from the police convoy? Did you saw that the columbian cartel rescue someone from swat van? The 3th prisoniers? An old man around 50 years? That was Gilberto... History --->>> Gilberto Miguel Rodríguez was born in 1951 in Columbia. In 1972, at the age of 21, he emigrate in Vice City, and in just few years he start the drugs deals in the city and build an empire. He was the first who attemp something like that. He create the Columbian Cartel. After 7 years from his arrive he decide in 1979 to try his luck in Liberty City. The bussiness are good at the beggining but from the numerous fights with the crime familys from the area force him to go back to his native country, Columbia, after only five years from his arrive in Liberty City in 1984 then the Vice City Stories action begin. In Columbia for a period of 3 years (1984-1987, an year after GTA Vice City storyline began), Gilberto try to make a plan to gain back the power in Liberty City. Beetween 1979-1984 in Vice City, the columbian cartel was destroy by the man who Gilberto let handle the things there, Ricardo Diaz. He betraid Gilberto and take over all his bussiness. Between his second arrive in Liberty City, 1987, to 1993, Gilberto has some succes in LC but this not compare with the one have in Vice City so he decide to go back there after 14 years and have some action at 42 years. Then he arrive in Vice City he found that the police are looking for him because the new Vice City mayor, Tommy Vercetti, is afraid that Gilberto will take over him and send the police over him. Gangs have been change over the years but old ones want him dead so Gilberto must find new alyes and trust some old friends. Things are f*cked up now with the New Haitians called now The Yellow Haitians (old haitians with some Yardies ''influence'' in what meens clothes and cars etc.). The old Burrito gang have been replace by the Scorpion Gang, a much powerfull gang. Cubans, the old friends of Gilberto are losing turfs and the new Biker Gang come from Liberty City, led by Wayne, are getting more strong day by day. On the streets of Vice City are gun fires everywhere because the gangs have they're turf splited all over the city (whit write setting on pedgr.dat this can be possible) and fight is on every day on GTA VC Street Wars. The idea of GTA Vice City Street Wars is concentraded on gangs. I am not a very good scripter but the story in my head it is almost finish. Sadly, i cant make an mission mod with that... They are rigged to Vice City and if you make them for San Andreas: NO PROBLEM! They can be used like peds in Vice City, i will post some screens in-game soon... EDIT: Beta Diaz Brother i thing i need to texture a little bit his face... New Tommy in-game I better do a whole player replacement with all the clothes? What kind of character should i choose? I will make more but you can help me with some ideas... Cheetah_dot_chi --- My Hard Disk broke down few days ago and i lost all my data from the PC included GTA:SA. Luckly i have Vice City on Cds. Dj_Sik92 Posted July 2, 2009 Author Share Posted July 2, 2009 Sorry because i don't post here for some time but i think that you like this: It still need more to work but look i i do for now: the haircut is a combination of 2: cornrow & beard new originally hood (i forgot to put a logo like: DJ Sik) the pants are ugly because i use an unknown SA Jeans Mod which i found on my PC and i don't rise the resolution of the texture. IF you told me that this is a good idea i will make tommorow an HD version with a new face. Give me some suggestions about what haircut and pants should i use... And whats up with pants ? It looks like sh*t. And make another pic to see shoes. I think 6 Inch boots would look perfect for him. Edit: Glasses look perfect! I have already send him an e-mail on [email protected] where i say that i want to re-texture his mod and until i get the reply i won't release the skin because i don't want to angry somebody (he put some work in it) even it is an reskinned only. I will release the entire model then i will get some good request about it and the permission. Kowaah - i will find a way to improve the hand model (hope GunMan won't bother if i fix that) P.S. And some of his skins was amazing!!! sh*t!!! What i have to do now? He will mind if i retexture the skin or will be glad to see that his mods are still here? LOL just convert CJ from SA, you seem to be doing 3D work so.. it shouldn't be a problem, BUT if you're just doing skins then ask either me or Goin for help.
