Mikhail's man, (Andre i think) Kidnapped The Bellics and Mikhail made Niko his employee. Dmitri calls niko and wants him to kill mikhail. Meets niko in a warehouse to give niko his reward where bulgarin appears and Dmitri betrays him. Burned out of broker and a new life starts in bohan. Met manny, Elizibeta, Packie, Playboy and Johnny. Manny got killed, Elizibeta got arrested(i think). Packie introduces niko to his family. Playboy intros you to Dwayne. and Johnny got a cameo appearance. In the Middle, The whole story branches out in ways i could not remember why i am doing it also. Found Bernie, he's not the one. But the ULPaper got Darko for you and you killed him. or not. Pegorino Calls you to make a deal with Dmitri. You followed. or not. and one of your loved one died. Going after Dmitri or pegorino. Killed them. End of story? Johnny and Niko making the exchange, and Luis f*cking up the deal. Phil has you steal the Heroin from the Triads. This Heroin is the Heroin that is going to be sold in "If the price is right" and "A dish served cold". If you had never met Phil, then Niko would never have been involved. You're missing all the details, plot points and interactions that actually matter. To use a cliche, it's not where they end up, it's how they got there. At the same time, Niko is introduced to the head of another family: Jon Gravelli, who is seriously ill. He is the head of the Gambetti family, and Niko knows him from United Liberty Paper. The Gambetti Family works against the Russian gangsters, unlike the Pegorino family, who works together with them. Dimitri is also part of the Russian mafia. Eventually, the power of the Pegorino family becomes so big, that United Liberty Paper starts to work together with the Gambetti family. That way, they fight fire with fire... Niko has to chose: co-operate with Pegorino and the Russians (including Dimitri!) by selling drugs, or not? Deal (co-opeate with the Russians) or revanche? That Special Someone, part II Ray Boccino helps Niko with finding the person he is looking for. His name was Florian Cravic, but he changed his name to Bernie Crane. Niko goes to Bernie, but there it turns out that Bernie isn't the traitor. The real traitor was Darko Brevic. Later on in the story, Niko gets the chance to take revanche on him. United Liberty Paper searches for Darko Brevic and gets him to Liberty City, as reward for everything that Niko did for them. Niko sees him at the airport. He indeed betrayed the unit, for $1000. Does Niko kill him? When he kills him, he doesn't feel better. When he doesn't kill him: can he live with it? The final The end of the story depends on the difficult choice Niko has to make. Deal Niko works together with Dimitri to deliver some drugs. Roman is happy that Niko made this decision, but Kate lost all respect in Niko and doesn't want to see him anymore. During the wedding, Roman is killed. Niko is furious, and wants to kill Pegorino and Dimitri. When Niko goes to Dimitri, he sees that Dimitri kills his "partner" Pegorino. After a wild chase, Niko kills Dimitri in front of the Statue of Happiness. Revenge Niko wouldn't dream of working together with Dimitri, but now he knows where he is. Good opportunity to kill Dimitri for everything he did. Niko kills him. Phill Bell doesn't want to be associated with Niko any more, not because he is angry with Niko, but because the Pegorino family falls apart. Kate is proud of Niko and wants to go with him to the wedding. Perhaps it was better when she didn't, because at the wedding she is killed by Pegorino. major underscore Posted July 1, 2009 Share Posted July 1, 2009 I wrote the full storyline for you That pretty much sums it up, but there are a few things I think could be made clearer: * As I understand it, Vlad was the brother of Mikhail Faustin's wife or girlfriend or whatever. That's why Faustin kept him around. Faustin agreed that Vlad was incompetent, but he couldn't have people like Niko killing his employees. So he has Niko work for him as compensation. * Faustin stepped on too many toes when he killed Lenny Petrovic, and Dmitri thought it was now too dangerous to continue associating with Faustin. That's why he had Niko do his dirty work for him by eliminating Faustin. * The part of the storyline where Niko is in Bohan is pretty much just a side-track, where he gets to know some new people (most importantly Packie and Johnny and, later, the contact at ULP). The same goes for the whole Playboy X/Dwayne subplot. * The diamonds that Ray wants Niko to help acquire weren't his, but belonged to someone else (Gay Tony?). Those diamonds, by the way, were the same diamonds that came with the same ship as Niko at the beginning cutscene in the game. * If I remember correctly, it wasn't actually Ray who wanted Niko to kidnap Ancellotti's daughter, but Gerald McReary. * The guy at United Liberty Paper doesn't actually work for the paper but rather for some shady unnamed government agency (pretty much like Mike Toreno in GTA:SA). * Wasn't there anything else involved with Darko betraying Niko's unit? It is true that Gerald was responsible for the daughter of Ancellotti, read my text. "Later on, it appears that Ancellotti has the diamonds, and Gerry wants to have them. That's why he gave Niko the assignment to kidnap Ancellotti's daughter, so they can claim the diamonds as ransom." And as far as I know, it is stated pretty clear that it was all for money.
