Reposting the registry fix from a previous post that corrects it for vista SP2 with the path changed since it is for windows 7. Run regedit -> go to the link below -> change the value of min_frame_rate value to 1 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\DMA Design Ltd\GTA2\screen\ Hope this helps with any one Edited June 30, 2009 by jetboy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
B-$hep Posted June 30, 2009 Share Posted June 30, 2009 (edited) It's amazing how many problems people have running GTA2 on different OS'es. Why i never have any problems with it? Just simply installed GTA2 on Win7 few minutes ago and runs as it should, without any tweaks. Same on Windows 95, Windows 98, Vista and XP (my primary OS).
