nerner Posted June 30, 2009 Share Posted June 30, 2009 If you are being picky, it is when the hurricane warnings stop, which is after "From Zero to Hero" for Lance, the fact that you were at 21% when this happened means nothing. And the hunter is unlocked after the final mission, not when you are at 100%. And the army tank can be obtained after the penultimate mission, you get the army clothes after that mission aswell...
