Graphical Glitch.

Hey everyone! I just registered, and I'm looking to troubleshoot a problem I'm having with my game. Basically, places will be completely "grayed" out and I can't view stuff there. This happens with the insides of buildings (can't see in from outside because of this), on the roads, and in various other places. It happens on all settings, and happened on both my old computer and my current computer.

 

Here's a picture of the problem:

 

It's the road on the left. It's supposed to go down, but it's completely gray and I can't see oncoming vehicles. I get no performance issues, and the game looks fantastic, but this problem (that I've been hoping to fix since day 1 D:) is just far too persistent and detracts majorly from the experience.

 

Any help would be appreciated. Also, for reference, my specs are:

 

Intel Core i7 920 @ 3.4 GHz

6 GB DDR3-1333 RAM

GeForce 9600 GT w/ 512 MB VRAM

Windows Vista Home Premium x64

Are you forcing the settings? That will do it do you. I had the same problem up to 1.0.3 up update, then it mostly wen away, but since I started forcing high res textures, I get it from time to time. BTW, that GPU is seriously bottlenecking the rest of your system.
