Sunrise Driver
CoD is FPS. Real FPS game experience is on PC only. FPS on consoles are for masochists. Enough said.
darthYENIK
PC is always the way to go with shooters. A) modability B) mouse and keyboard will always be more precise than a controller, period. C) online multiplayer usually have less of the dick heads and children that are rampant on XBL and PSN. C is a definite clincher.
The-King
I despise playing any games with a mouse and keyboard, even though I'll admit I'm more of a PC gamer right now due to certain limitations I can't help but prefer the feel of a joystick. I seem to be able to aim much more naturally with a joystick than with a mouse, I can't even get a head shot when aiming with a mouse, but with a joystick they come left and right. As much as I love mods, especially Oblivons, consoles are the way to go for me when it comes to FPS games. |PropagandaIncorporated:|: Steam:|: DeviantArt:|: Last.FM|

That seems weird to me, are you sure it's not because of bigger hitboxes and autoaim on console games? If Gamepads is better why don't they rule proffesional gaming leagues? PC has the option of both. Mouse is a fast precision poiting tool if there was something better the mouse would be obsolete. No offense, play with whatever you like. Pat
Playing online splitscreen? Well so you can play with your mates right next to eachother on the same screen. It's more fun + will make you play the game alot more with your friends. Well, I would. Wouldn't that be offline splitscreen? Which is already featured in both of the games? But it's nothing compared to the online splitscreen that Halo features (I'm not really into Halo but the fact that you can play it splitscreen with up to 4 people online/campaign coop or whatever makes the game really good on the Xbox I think. Call of Duty on the contrary has only OFFLINE splitscreen (Zombies limited to two people, the same things counts for campaign Co-Op and multiplayer splitscreen is just offline gamemode X with maximum four folks. Why not online? Why not system Halo like?

No, even on games that have massive hit boxes on PC games I can't aim to save my life, yet in console games which have minuscule hit boxes I can aim and hit targets with almost pin-point precision. Maybe it would help if I wasn't using a graphics tablet as a gaming mouse, but the fact still stands that I suck when it comes to aiming with a mouse. @Pat: Splitscreen online multiplayer is one of the things that CoD games are seriously lacking. I've spent more time than you can imagine playing splitscreen on Halo 2 and 3 with my buddy and it's a god damned blast. It's probably the only thing I don't like about CoD4's online mutiplayer to be honest. |PropagandaIncorporated:|: Steam:|: DeviantArt:|: Last.FM|

AmyJones
COD 1&2 for PC f*cking rocks. I have Call of duty 1 for PS2 and the objectives are sh*t and the graphics are grainy as hell. On PC every part of COD was fun. The only fun out of COD for PS2 was hearing that asshole screaming in the American campaign "THEY HITTING THE M12!!!! THEY HITTING THE M12!!!! THEY HITTING THE M12!!!! THEY HITTING THE M12!!!! THEY HITTING THE M12!!!! THEY HITTING THE M12!!!!"

This lil' monster Does'nt look like a good gaming mouse, it looks too small and uncomfortable. Clearly not made for gaming. Corded mouse is better also but not a must. FullMetal
I had a great and cheap Logitech mouse which broke unfortunately (due to the fact that I play almost daily and pretty intensive :]). I went to a couple of stores with my mouse, asked if they had that same model but they don't make em anymore. It was about 20 eurodollars for that mouse (which I find a reasonable price for a mouse) and it preformed really well. But no, they don't have it anymore... the only mice they have (with laser and cord) are microsoft mice (they suck donkeyballs) or just a show model of my 'old mouse'. Other than that only expensive 'gaming mice' (they are way to bulky/ugly and very expensive) or wireless pieces of sh*t. Now I just use my 'Medion mouse' that was delivered with my PC. It's cordless unfortunately and it's not really that great for gaming. I think I must just open up my budget and buy one of those 'gaming mice'. Then I recomend Logitech G3 - http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/428/139&...selectedcid=139 It's not bulky or ugly and it is corded and not that expensive. I don't know what country you are from but why do you call it "Eurodollars". Edit:Seems that the logitech bastards has abandoned their only ambidextrous gaming mouse, though it is still available on many stores, but if you have trouble finding it here is an alternative. http://www.razerzone.com/gaming-mice/ambid...ous/razer-krait I use my mouse on my left hand therefore I'm a fan of ambidextrous mouses Edited July 3, 2009 by SynTerro
FullMetal
Yeah I think I've seen those mice of the brand 'Razer' before. I also thought about it because they looked pretty good (well, the 'ergonomics' looks OK. Simple but good. That's what I liked about by old Logitech mouse). I had seen the 'copperhead' mouse in stores but the price is the only thing that bothers me. It seems to be quite alot in my opinion for 'just a mouse'. But on the other hand... if it's quality it should be worth it (on top of that, I use it daily so what could I do wrong?).

FullMetal
Sensitivity is not really a big thing for me since I play with a rather low sensitivity (well, most 'pr0 gamers' would think it's a low sensitivity). So I don't really care. Thanks for the information by the way... I think I'm going to check it out and buy the copperhead one of these days.
