If you want real water go and Play GTA IV and stop saying this waters are sh*t, for me is enough if we are talking about GTA SA engine, and that photo with transparent one is with ENB, is a total diferent world(transparent water looks really awful and sh*tty!) Thank God Boris made ENB to satisfy your sorry ass... To make something like ENB you must be more than a modder. I agree that ENB is better but this doesnt mean this mod is awful! Even the water from ENB is not that real. You give links to pics of Santa Monica and you give examples of the water with ENB. But ENB looks NOTHING like Santa Monica.
