Yeah man, when i get back online, we can help each other. My gta disc got scratched up pretty bad when i let my friend borrow it, so im going to take it somewhere to try and get it sanded down. Spuds725 Posted June 22, 2009 Share Posted June 22, 2009 The one session thing was true for the first 6-7 weeks after the PS3 "trophy" patch for all MP game modes that needed multi games done (team player, AWP, top of midnight club, fly the co-op, etc)... they fixed it sometime in the middle of december-- all the wins must be after the fix though, so realize that you may show something done in your MP stats however this does NOT mean it will count toward AWP, only if the win was after the middle of Dec.... your best bet is to use an AWP checksheet and mark off as you complete each requirement.... Spuds725 Posted June 25, 2009 Share Posted June 25, 2009 (edited) I still have about 50- 60 races left to do for mine-- really haven't even tried in about 3 months... i hate to "trade wins" with someone as it just doesn't feel right and it is next to impossible to get races done other then "road" ones with randoms without getting kicked as host. If we can get a "lobby" patch so you can divide up the races into the different types, at least I would get people in the non road races that want to be in one. Can't believe that is just a bronze trophy. Was hoping to get it before I got my "wanted" trophy-- but I don't think that is going to happen... I'm about 4-5 weeks out for that one (at the rate I'm going)-- getting most of my money helping people get fly the co-op--- about a million for each of the co-op modes. Grand Theft Auto Dude Posted June 25, 2009 Share Posted June 25, 2009 The only Trophy/Achievement worse than this is the Far Cry 2 'Soldier of Fortune' one (Use each weapon for about a week to fully upgrade it). Online trophies should only be 'Reach the highest rank' and 'Get xxxxx Kills', not 'Finish every possible variation of every game mode while making sure we don't reset your stats'. And it's only a Bronze trophy. I'm hoping the next GTA has more... Sane trophies so the Platinum would be actually possible to get without dedicating 6 months to get it. Spuds725 Posted June 26, 2009 Share Posted June 26, 2009 (edited) How good are you I can understand people not liking the boat/heli races, but don't understand why people don't like the free/cannonball races (just to mix it up a bit)-- to me, those are a blast--- and they really help you to learn your way around the city without using the lousy GPS they give you. I will keep it in mind (racing you)-- I don't really get alot of time to play right now... I should get a fair amount of play time the week after next--- my wife is taking the kids on a camping trip with her parents and I have to work, so will be able to get some serious game time in after work the week of July 5th -11th-- I'm also still playing through single player for the 3rd time to finish the single player trophies-- still have yet to get 100%.... I restarted once for the trophies and then restarted again after losing my save with a PS3 crash (thought the hard drive backup I did backed up my saves too... found out the hard way it didn't)--- I finished the story just have to finish stevies cars, some friends activities, pigeons, and jumps-- few other minor things. GTAking33 Posted June 28, 2009 Share Posted June 28, 2009 i started AWP today hoping i would finnish all the races in one go but due to the lack of 'friends' not wanting to help, tired of helping, or friends that were helping getting offline. i was forced to give up. i have 29 races left. hopeful ill get it tomorrow. question- i read today that to get AWP you have to beat TW on jamaican and russian sides is this true?
