if u are talking about the inaccessibility to ingame comps then you must be using a pirated copy. It is a bug introduced by R* itself to trouble pirates.

They finally make a patch and they didn't fix the only bug I have in the game: z-fighting! ARGH!

I bet there's some behind-the-scenes fight between AMD and Rockstar where each is blaming the other. Bah. I can't believe this! Apart from breaking xliveless, I see no difference with this patch.

 

I'm still blindly hoping that it's a Steam issue or that they've added a commandline option "-fixstupidbrokenz-fighting". Naive.

I was hoping this patch would make this crap go away (pic not taken from my game, but I have the same problem):

 

 

Sadly it didn't. I guess we can only hope ATI will release a driver for us with the 19XX cards.

 

The patch seems to have changed the lighting in the game somewhat, at least indoors. I don't have any proof, maybe it's just my imagination. Anyway, car damage has definately changed. Dents are now more blurry. Same goes for when you for example shoot at a car with a shotgun. Was this meant to happen, I wonder.

Nah. He should take nVidia card. Cause the game is better optimized for nVidia.

I have AMD Athlon 64 X2.

The game runs fine, besides this problem, which (I've heard) all people who use Radeon x19XX cards have. I myself have a Radeon x1950.

Oh...I have an ATI Radeon HD4770 and an AMD Phenom X4.When I haved Intel Celeron it was the same problem now...I am running the game at medium 16-29 fps.Downloading the patch 1.0.4.0 !

EDIT: OMFG !!!!!!!!! Now it's 27-37+ fps !!! Same settings,and the vehicle damange looks more realistic (in the previous patch that looked like a messed up mash) Going BACK to play !

Same problems with Intel Core Quad and ATI Radeon 4850 ...

I cant stand the game with original envoirenments and without Native trainer.

So I'll stick with v1 game.

No bithfights with errors and files.
