It looks like GTAIV isn't going to open with the Securom free .exe, (which I thought was legal), anymore. It's not too bad, except I can't find my original .exe, so I might just reinstall. I do have a question, though: Will my saved games be deleted?

Sharing .exe's is against the rules here. But I've been having some problems anyways so reinstalling might not be a bad idea. Though I would like to know if my saves will be deleted.

Learn2mods... it seems that you don't know what modifications are for a game. In fact most modifications are harmless and the modders who make them have no foul intentions.

 

Ever heard of visual/graphical modifications? Customising the game so it appeals more to you? (Like improved textures and such?). Then don't make any statements that don't make any sense. HACKERS are the ones that should be banned from the game (people using trainers/'cheats' in ranked games so they have an unfair advantage over others).

 

I hope the workaround that allows mods to be used with 1.0.4 comes soon :].

I love this game with default textures and other sh*t. I hate this game cuz' mods, modders and ppl who use that sh*t. If sth is good like GTA4 it shouldnt be changed. The MP leaderboards are f*cked because some1 was thinking he is smart and made next mod. Player mode= moders mode= cheaters mode.

 

With new patch my clan can play Clan Wars again for some time.

I have patch 1.3 with Better City Textures and Environment Mod V2 modified, and mics. other texture mods and comparing that to GTA 1.4 stock, 1.4 looks TERRIBLE. Others are saying that their game looks so much better now, but my game is crap. I am also using the new drivers. Is anyone else noticing this? I can't wait for the FileCheckFix.asi mod to be updates so we can run texture mods in MP.
