Indy is going to have to work for that Super Bowl appearance if they have to play the Patriots that's all I know.

But remember, the Patriots are without Wes Welker and their defense isn't what it used to be. I'm not saying that it may be a blowout, but I except a double digit victory by the Colts, and don't forget, the Pats gotta get by the Ravens first.

This is true but we have a comparable receiver in Julian Edelman and our D tends to step up at certain times in the game. I am not so sure it will be a double digit win since every time Indy and NE plays it is always down to the wire.

No disrepect dude, but I think you're way off on that comparison. Edelman has potential and he's shown spurts of stardom at times, but he's nowhere near as good nor as consistent as Welker. Plus, the guy's a first year receiver with nowhere near the amount of pro experience.

 

In all honesty though, Welker is pretty much in a league of his own. I think you'd be hard pressed to find a more effective slot receiver over the last decade.

Holy hell I thought Moon and I were the only Bengals fans here at GTAF! Good to meet to, sir.

 

Yeah, I'm torn about what I saw last week. But there's a laundry list of things that I think are in our favor for this game.

 

Last week, I think Marvin wanted to keep the starters sharp by not resting most of them...and rightfully so. But I think the players felt like they had no reason to play hard or at all for that matter seeing as it was around 5 degrees at kickoff and they had nothing to gain with a win.

 

In addition to that, our playcalling was extremely vanilla...and probably will not even resemble tomorrow's gameplan.

 

Plus we'll have Peko, Geathers, Crocker and Benson back this week. That's three of your defensive starters and your offensive MVP.

 

Oh, and we'll be playing in Cincy this time round against a rookie QB with no playoff experience who threw two times as many INTs as he did TDs this year.

 

Did I mention the Sanchize was Carson Palmers waterboy when he played in high school?

Wow, we won, the Jets actually won....WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO J-E-T-S JETS JETS JETS!!!! I'm sorry, but I'm real happy, I did not expect the Jets to win in the manner that they did. Mark Sanchez went 12-15 with no interceptions! No ints, no picks, this kid is finally making the right decisions and Braylon Edwards actually caught a ball. The defense was playing greatly, and the running game was again, great. I thought this would of been a 17-20 or 10-7 victory by the Jets, but not a 24-10 victory. Great game, and we should be out next round when we face the Ravens/Patriots.

They're playing pretty good right now, but to many penalties. I thought I would never see a 3rd and 36 But if the Cowboys can set themselves straight and avoid the penalties, they can win.

Well I bet you're one happy camper now aren't ya? I knew the Cowboys were gonna win this game, their defense is top 4 in the playoffs if you ask me and Tony Romo is actually good now.

As a Giants fan (I'm a fan of both Jets and Giants) this game was murder, but I knew the Cowboys were gonna win. Besides, I hate Philadelphia teams (Eagles and Phillies mostly) so this game was good enough for me. So what are your Super Bowl predictions? I got Colts vs. Saints with the Colts winning in a close game. 30-24 or something like that.

Yeah, if my prediction of the Jets/Vikings doesn't pan out then I'd definitely say Chargers/Vikings. San Diego's been unstoppable and I'd say are doing better than the Colts now. It'd be hard for the Jets to topple them, but it is possible.

Arron Rodgers throws an Int on his first throw. I don't like the Packers but I really want them to win. I have nothing against Arizona but I would just like to see the Packers get somewhere.

 

 

Cowboys play the Vikings next week, this should be a great game. Lets go Cowboys.

17-0 Cardinals so far. I can see where this is going.

24-10 right now. I just had a feeling Arizona would be winning. Although with all the penalties in the game so far, and the turnovers, this game could end 30-23 with Arizona winning. Next week it's the Jets and Chargers, and Colts and Ravens. I predict a Chargers vs. Colts AFC Championship game. I can't see Mark Sanchez and Thomas Jones dominating the Chargers who have won 11 straight games, and their last one won by their backups, although granted it was against the Redskins...

 

As for the Colts vs. Ravens game, it'll be a close one with defense dominating the whole game, and I predict that the Ravens will have the lead for half the game and then Peyton will do his magic in the last quarter to win it. The way I see it, Colts win 24-17 and the Chargers demolish the Jets 30-10. That's my AFC predictions, anyone wanna do the NFC?

Green Bay just tied!!! I did not see that coming. I knew it'd be a close one but not this close. Arron Rodgers is now in his form from the season and now they're tied. Wow. The defense for Arizona looks weak now, still think Arizona may win, but it'll be close.
