I figured out that the last power outage messed up my router a bit. I'll need to fix the port forwarding. Also, the server seems to crash whenever it restarts its mapcycle and also seems to ignore my console commands. This will hopefully be fixed by next time.

My only complaint is the lack of KOTH, given it functions pretty much just like arena...

Well you don't HAVE to buy the weapons, they all drop for players with the random drop system in TF2.

I hate playing control points and having that engineer build sh*t at the 1st point instead of the second.

 

I guess its understandable at first, but then everyone is at the 4th (out of 5th) point and that one engie is STILL back at the respawn defending a point no one is going after

I like TF2 alot so far, crafted myself a Cow Mangler 5000. Anyway guys why doesn't matchmaking work most of the time? I mean server browser is good, but i can't tell the game mode half the time. Then in the server browser, it says it found over 400 servers but wont join any, and states that it didn't find any games.

The server browser has a map indicator on the far right, which should tell you which mode it is.

 

ie, pl_upward is a Payload map, arena_ravine is an Arena map, and ctf_2fort is a Capture The Flag map.

When you stun someone with scout's baseball bal and his ball, backstabs as spy give you a bonus point as well i think. Jarateing a spy is also a bonus, stuff like that.

 

Maybe a meet at server this saturday?

Thanks, I had been wondering about that. I thought maybe it happened when you got achievements, because I know I've gotten them before. BTW, what's the Medal next to people's names mean?

 

A DBQ, bulletin board, Health class project, and two Spainish projects, as well as two tests on Monday, are on the top of my list right now. But I'd be happy to run the server for you. You and the Yardies can have a gang-only match if ya'll want.
