What perks go best with the 1887's? I'm using Sleight Of Hand Pro, Stopping Power Pro and Steady Aim.

i suggest bling pro so u can have akimbo and FMJ

but FMJ doesnt add damage or range anymore on ps3, dunno about 360 and PC

Keep with Sleight. No need for bling since you don't get the extra range anymore

I actually still prefer Bling Rangers over 1887's for some reason

On the topic of the UMP, it is ridiculously overpowered. I decided to do some challenges for it yesterday but i cannot stand the gun sound of it so i put a silencer on it, had Bling on and then just put whatever attachment i needed challenges for on it, i managed to do the Rapid Fire, Red Dot and ACOG challenges for it in like 4 games, no matter the attachment on it you can just wreck sh*t with it, thing is though it's one of those guns you hate when others are using it but love when you use it in my opinion.

 

Also the FAL is f*cking awesome.

Silencer on an ACR is f*cking sexy. Doesn't take any power or range away from it at all.

 

UMP is alright. I suck with it using the iron sights, but with a red dot sight, I'm pretty good with it.

A happens to me all the time, it's nice having host migration but it'd be even better if they actually had it working perfectly as half the time it picks an even worse host or it doesn't even pick a new host when everyone but the host has red connections.

I've been playing the PS3 version of this for a couple days when I went to my dads since my brothers crashing there and has a PS3. Its 1 of 2 games he's got so we got some good use out of it. I have to say, the controller was a little odd for me with the uh f*ck I can't even remember the name of them now. Those 2 directional rollers at the bottom. I found them quite odd since the 360 version is obviously in a slightly different place. I did noticed a lot more hosting migrations/throwing us out of game for some sort of errors though, way more often than it ever happened to me on the 360. All in all, it made me want my MW2 copy back now I have my 360 back and I'll see if I'm still any good on the 360 version!

I've been playing MW2 for probably about the last 3 hours, and I've been doing surprisingly good. I haven't played in almost 2 weeks, and I figured I'd suck. But all my games tonight I've had a K/D ratio of anywhere from 3, to as high as 6 in my game I just played.

People are noobs and want to complain. Man, I can't tell you how much hate I got earlier tonight and last night for owning f*ckers with the throwing knife. Hardly anyone uses the damn thing and I love it. I move and throw it while they're moving and it hits em like some Matrix sh*t and they start cussing up a storm because I got skill and can aim the f*ckin' thing. I love the challenge and precision of it, kill a f*cker trying to run and knife you or something, sneak a corner and KNIFED IN THE FACE. It's hilarious. Precision mofackas.

I f*cking love the throwing knife too, most satisfying weapon in the game.

It's basically the new MP5 from CoD:4. It's easy to "spray&pray," while, with the red dot sight, has some pretty decent accuracy.

Even better when you unlock the rapid fire on it like I did last night. I don't have the red dot sight on it though because of the rapid fire ability. Still kind of odd using it without one. I'm only level 20 though so I'll stick to it until I unlock some better guns, not to mention that and having a shotgun as a second weapon kick ass on the smaller close up maps. Out of 6 months + of not playing I ended up playing for 3 hours and ended up with more kills than deaths on every round except one. Was pretty sweet.

Well actually that happens with every SMG, you move really fast when aiming with them.

 

@Piperka: Cold Blooded Pro makes it so your name doesn't appear above your head and no red crosshair when being aimed at by enemies and Lightweight Pro is faster aim down sights when coming out of sprinting.

Cold blooded pro stops your name from showing up when aimed at as well as the red crosshairs (pretty sure thats it). Incredibly useful in TDM. Light weight pro lets you bring up your crosshairs faster from when youre sprinting, goes great with a running class with SMG and tac knife/pistol.

Cold Blooded pro makes their cursor not go red when it goes over and your name doesn't appear...combined with tapping Y real fast while prone (which makes you look dead) people can just walk right next to you.

 

In fact, one time I got seriously blinded and I just went prone and started tapping Y and some guy just walks right past and crouches right in front of me, I subsequently knifed him!! HAHA!!

 

and Mr. ed beat me...Lightweight pro brings the gun up to hip fire faster, combined with Sleight of Hand Pro (which decreases your ADS time) and you can pull up your gun fast.
