I'm getting really sick of nukes and people who use them in objective games. I must've played 3 different domination matches that ended in nukes, which sorta defeats the whole purpose of objective games. If you're gunna worry about your K:D, go play TDM.

 

Also, today I managed to headshot someone with the 't00b. I had no idea you could do that.

Haha you can headshot people with a predator missile too.

And the huge AC-130 cannon.

And the RPG

 

I got the Holographic Sight and the Akimbo for my UMP45 and the Model 1887s in one game. I'm content.

Nukes in objective gamemodes are awesome. When you have a sucky team and/or when you're playing against a enemy team 'riddled' with people from the same clan it can turn the tide just in time. So I don't care what people think. Besides, I don't call it straight away once I got it and wait until our or the enemy team reaches the scorelimit.

 

On top of that: headshots with tubes are quite common for me. Had alot of 'tube headshots' and I'm surprised it isn't somekind of 'hidden' challenge or something.

 

Still damn fun though.

I know it's kinda short notice, but are any of the PC players up for a meet this weekend? I've been meaning to organize a meet for a while now, but I just didn't have the time. Depending on how many show up, we could either rape in a public game or if there is enough we could do a private match. Right now I'm thinking 1700GMT on Sunday.

I really do not get why IW are finding it so f*cking hard to fix the damn care package glitch, i was just in a demoltion game and the enemy team seemed like a reasonable team to be against, they got the first point while we were defending and we managed to defend the last point so we won that round, the won the second round the same way so it ended up a tie and we went into overtime, then those motherf*ckers started glitching, there was an endless stream of killstreaks on the map, sentry guns, helicopters, planes, it was so f*cking frustrating, at one point they had us spawn locked with a chopper gunner.

 

It's rediculous and i f*cking hate how they haven't managed to fix it yet, this is the first time i've actually had it this bad, there was even a patch (v1.09) for the game when i went on today and i thought it may have fixed it, but no it f*cking didn't.

Haven't been playing as much recently, but I got some pretty decent scores today. I've had more than enough nukes for now, switched it our for the Pave Low. It's a really good reward, harder to shoot down than most and always gets plenty of kills. Only downside is that it's still glitched, kills still don't count towards your streak.

 

 

It seems completely random with the Pavelow. I've seen people get a Chopper Gunner by hiding and waiting for their Pavelow to get some kills. Other times, in my own experience, the thing kills at least 5/6 people and none of my killstreaks pop up. That's why I don't bother using it anymore. The Harrier is great if no one on the enemy team has a Stinger or whatever handy, anyway.

I think it's rather lame that killstreaks (that 'kill') do not count toward other killstreaks once you have died. Something they shouldn't have fixed they fixed...

 

I really liked how you could just keep on rampaging after you got your airstrike/artillery in CoD4/World at War and after you die call in the helicopter/dogs in order to get UAV and Airstrike/artillery back in no time. Should've stayed the same.

 

Other than that: it takes ages to reach level 70 once you are at the end of level 50.
