Well actually they don't but since youre that guy who was sad enough to boost headshots and stuff I should probarly scare you before you run off doing the glitch.

To be honest, i'd prefer thet DID ban glitchers and i'm glad MS have actually taken action against them as they can ruin the fun of the game for others.

OK these last stand problems are really starting to piss me off! I go into last stand but can't shoot immediately because I still have my freaking ACR out!! It won't let me shoot it and takes abotu 1/2 a second to switch to my pistol! Now, as you all know, the first fraction of a second is extremely important in last stand when your enemy is point blank with you in his cross hairs. Now to me this seems like a glitch but now that I think about it, is it something that IW added to make last stand less powerful? Because this never happened to me until after the last patch (PS3).

 

Also, why is there such a delay to melee after firing a shotgun? This gets me killed quite a bit...I fire my shotgun, miss, and try to melee but nothing happens...it's similar to the delay that happens after you switch weapons; even once the weapon switch is complete there is, again, a firing delay!

 

There seem to be some serious transition issues in this game...

Anyone else unable to connect? I noticed that everyone in my game got disconnected then so did I. Now it says "Connection with Activision servers has bee interrupted"

I'm playing the game online and I'm addicted to it. The gameplay is awesome but there's a lot of fa**ots with wallhacks and/or aimbot trying to pretend they're good. But the game is pretty awesome. I can't stop playing it

Just got a 'Revenge' 'Longshot' with my M9, while in last stand, half way across Highrise. I am both amazed and and curious...curious to see what his reaction was.

 

Worst part [for him] is that he was STILL shooting at me with his ACR! Statistically he should have won that firefight as he was running about a 2:1 KDR and was second on his team

The last day or so, I haven't been able to get in a single good game. It seems like every game has some fag who's using an aimbot, some guy running around knifing people, people noob tubing, being shot though f*cking walls, or playing some guy who gets a CG or Pave low with one kill at the start of a game. It's really starting to annoy me.

I f*cking hate it when you get a Chopper Gunner and you tell your teammates about it and they get get all excited and want you to use it, but aren't smart enough to shoot down the enemy Pave Low orbiting the airspace.

Dunno if it's just me, but I think the Chopper Gunner has way too much Bullet Penetrations. I killed through the floor on HIghrise before.

I see there's a new care package glitch. Saw someone constantly calling in emergency airdrops just now.

Yea someone from the other team called in 11 emergency airdrops on skidrow last week. Managed to steal a UAV, precision airstrike and stealth bomber. How does this glitch work?

Yes I know how to do that glitch im not gona lie I did it a few times in search cuz I didint want to loose I got one chopper gunner and the others were harriers lol the other team did not have any thing to shoot them down and no cold blooded either silly ducklings.... I only did it that one game but im done with it its annoying to get killed by a glitcher so I dont want to be a hypocrite

On topic am I the only one who tends to save any nukes I get? So many times I’ve seen players use them straight away regardless of overall score whatever game mode it may be.

We've updated the European PS3 version of Modern Warfare 2, including the following fixes:

 

- Care Package, Emergency Airdrop, and Sentry Gun marker grenades sprint speed normalized.

- Fix for "infinite care package" exploit.

- Sentry Guns: Improved placement detection, preventing cases of Sentry Guns inside geometry.

- Model 1887: Bling using Akimbo and FMJ combination now has same range and damage as non-Bling Model 1887s.

- Improved player collision removing cases of getting into geometry and 'elevators'.

- Fixes to prevent various XP hacks.

 

US PS3 Players:

This patch should go live for US PS3 players at some point tonight according to Sony NA.

 

Worldwide Xbox 360 Players:

This patch is currently in certification at Microsoft. No ETA on it's arrival yet.

I officially am having the best night (video game-wise) in forever!! I Just got my first nuke on Wasteland TDM (32-2) then get on the internet and see that the GTAIV DLCs are coming to PS3 and PC!! I think I might just go skipping around my house giggling like a schoolgirl and listen to "We Are The Champions"!!

This: When ever I call in a sentry gun drop, my care package always seems to contain a sentry gun too.

 

Can anyone else test this and see if it just happens for me?
