Had some good games earlier, got a streak of 4 nukes playing Ground War. Only managed to call in 3 of them though, I got one on Favela and thought I'd keep it for the end of the game, and then got another Chopper Gunner. Didn't have enough time to call in the nuke before the game ended so I lost it

Heck, this is even worse than the sh*t they did with World at War (boosting servers). Though; here it's because of a crappy system which they don't fix/haven't properly made. Treyarch was just too lazy to patch the 'boosting servers' soon enough. But then again, you still had 'S & D without bombs boosting' servers.

 

Anyways I was in a match couple of days ago where you could jump 100 times higher than normal, you also moved at insane speeds but apart from that everything was 'normal'.

Does anyone want to help me get a nuke? We`ll go on FFA, you equip yourself with a tactical insertion and every time you respawn I kill you until I`ve reached the killstreak.

 

thats actually pretty fun to do me and my friend got 20 nukes with that, and over 10000 xp per match, also as we shot only headshots so we got always 50 extra xp and pass those expert challenges

No, not really. I wanted to help out some of those poor bastards who want nukes so badly so I decided to drop into FFA and ask if anyone wanted to boost nukes. I met some guys who wanted to, so I added them to my friends list and we started boosting in FFA.

 

I volunteered to die so they could get their nukes. I don't care if we're ruining other peoples' fun times, sometimes the requirements for these challenges are absurd. (10 nukes? Really?)

 

Anyways, we get up to around 23 kills and after I spawn the guy knifes me. Instead of mashing X to respawn, I wanted to try a different class so I selected it. I spawn, he knifes me again, and gets his 24th kill. He's really excited b/c he's one away from a nuke.

 

Unfortunately, the rat bastard didn't realize that I switched my class so my deathstreak would be martyrdom.

You see we were playing in a private game, and he got in, and asked to boost, so i let him, but right before he got his nuke i put down a new tactical insertion, and knifed him!

Got a nuke tonight on Wasteland. Everybody on the opposing team was under level 60, so it was super easy. Gotta love when they accuse you of hacking when your raping the sh*t out of them with Chopper Gunner.

I still haven't got a nuke yet, Hell i can't even remember my current level, i'll check later, but there was this total ass killing us all with his Ac 130, so i simply sniped his brains, but then the crybaby left. He had 40 kills and 2 deaths!?!?!

Nukes are getting boring now. I usually run AIRFORCE setups now, but if we somehow lose a round or if someone talking a lot of smack then I'll get a nuke just to shut them up. (Unless they are legitimately good)

 

Hell, today on Terminal I got the first double nuke of my playing career. I didn't set out to do it. I got the first one, so I died and was putzing around when I see "7 KILL STREAK! HARRIER STRIKE!" so I use it and try to get myself killed. Doesn't work, get the chopper gunner, and use that to run up another nuke.

 

It wouldn't even let me use them both. That should be a challenge: "Just to Make Sure".

I've fallen in love with the AC-130. You can use it to track all the enemies on the field and the 105mm is just such a huuuuuge f*ck YOU.

 

I'm used to playing regular Domination where it's 6v6 and everyone is running around like stupid. I went into Ground War just to test out a build and managed to get an AC-130. On Wasteland. It was so goddamn easy that using all 3 guns I racked up around 26 kills.. Game winning kill was me shooting a 105 at one dot, seeing four more spawn, and getting 5 kills to end the match.

Ok, before any of you call bullsh*t, this happened to both Edmachine and I.

 

We decided to play together, so I invited him, and we decided to do Ground War. After a few minutes, it found a suitable game for us, which was Scrapyard. When we entered the game, there where only 3 people there, and the scored was way over the limit. The mode was TDM. Right after I got my first kill, it just randomly changed to this huge ass TDM match on rust. Now it gets better.

 

We both spawned and I ran forward to see that the speed was like super increased. It's probably 3 times the normal speed. So I ran up behind this guy and shot him in the head. Before I killed him I was level 35. After I killed him I was level 70. That's in Second Prestige. I killed a few more people and every kill I got was worth something like 1.99999 x ^144. Basically each kill you got was worth infinite points. After a few minutes of shock, awe, and this is awesome, it timed out. Any ideas what the f*ck we expeirenced? A deadicated server or what?

That sh*t just happened to me. I got Rust while doing Domination and was like "wtf?". Got a kill and got a f*ckton of exp. Weird sh*t. Then I prestiged, and got the game again. 1-70 in one kill. sh*t was f*cking weird.

One of the dumbest things in this game, is in fact, that without the perk "Marathon", your guy basically stops running after like what? 4-5 seconds? That's with rest. It's usually about 2 seconds of running if you're forcing it before he stops. Dumb. And annoying.

 

Does bullet penetration actually do increase damage? Not just through walls, but people too. Same with Stopping Power. Or is it just barely noticeable?

I finally got my nuke on the xbox i had already gotten one before on the ps3 but i needed one on the xbox and i just got it after running around dying every 2 or 3 seconds and now i may die in piece lol

Doubt so, it doesn't even seem to be smaller range, you just don't appear on radar as red dot and it's silenced.

the suppressor decreases the recoil and that gives the gun a little more accuracy...that's the only reason I use silencers.

Sniper Rifle base damage values from 70 to 50, regardless of range, therefore Stopping Power is required for 1 hit kills to the upper chest/head area or in the case of the M21 only the head. Without Stopping Power, it will always require 2 shots to anywhere on the body to drop an enemy. Suppressors also reduce base damage values by 10 points on Light Machine Guns.

The other day I joined five games in succession on the Xbox that had this crazy 'everything-goes-faster' hack or glitch or whatever, sort of as Unlimited described but without the ridiculous XP. Has anyone else experienced this on Xbox 360? It's not even like you're really running really fast, more running normal speed but f*cking sliding everywhere. I don't know how to describe it but it can have its ups and downs. Unfortunately for me, the enemy team all had magnum tac knifes and raped us within the first five seconds because they got to us so fast xD

 

Avenging myself, I soon constantly used the M9 to get my own tactical knife in other games throughout the week. I haven't been in another speedy game since but it sure is fun with my commando knife class

I had what Unlimited said on PC, except the speed, guess it's some hackers screwing with the game. I got 1.99999 e45 xp for every kill (9v9) and went from 55 to 70 (prestige ready) in one kill. This was on mercenary TDM. The next match was Global Thermonuclear war (9v9 also), some hacker had unlocked it and got it working.

 

The last match was also mercenary TDM but it turned in to 18 players FFA on rust. In the beginning, 100 xp was lost for each kill and after that I got 50.000 xp per kill.

 

I went up almost 70 levels today, and I didn't like it at all.

Now I'm Prestige 2 lvl 48 and still have to do almost all of my challenges. Thank god people were banned (i think) because I haven't seen this since this morning.

 

And on a side note, I played some Domination after this and found 3 people with aimbots in 3 games. Reported them, now I hope VAC actually bans these arseholes.

My fun in playing went down considerably today.

Recently I've been using care packages because I've had a nuke so I don't care so much for another, You just don't know what you're going to get in it and that's why it's so fun but also dodgy because you never know when an enemy can come and steal it.

Hmmm, 40 hours logged and I still feel like a noob. One game I'll go 19-0, and the next (against the same team) will be 7-12. I know that I can play well, but I'm so damn inconsistent that it's frustrating. Maybe I'll keep improving, but I don't know... If I'm 40 hours in and pretty much know most of the maps head to toe, is there really that much room for improvement?

 

Bleh, oh well. I've never been great at FPS's, so I'm proud at just being able to score semi-decently (despite the ridiculous inconsistencies).

After a certain time of playing mw2 like 40 hours there's probably not much room for improvement after that, it took me about 1500 kills until I actually got better, at first my k/d ratio was below 1 but after about a 24 hours of playing I could atleast be consistant overall and now have a 1.21 k/d ratio and in most games do well but I too sometimes have bad games at least a few times a day. I think I could get better but I'd have to play like 10 hours a day to be able to be really good and improve but I'm happy with the way I play now.
