Im about 50 kills from 300 with the SCAR, and I think earlier I unlocked scavenger pro V, which starts you with some extra rounds. helps alot with that gun.

 

Started using tactical insertion(spelling?) earlier, its f*cking awesome, the first time I used it people called me a hacker and wouldnt stop bitching. i just place it somewhere out of the way and run into combat, if someone comes round the corner and kills me, I pop back up at the flare and blow their f*cking face off and they get all pissy.

 

 

Just looked at anuj's avatar, its meant to be price? O_o.

 

Off to play some specops on veteran, then do the mission where you escape the safehouse with the DSM on vet, wish me luck with that O_O

The fact IW went through all the trouble to create callsigns, and disable party chat to create some sort of friendly community, And there is barely ANYONE with a mic inserted.

 

 

Just give us the f*cking party chat back, at least on TDM and HC TDM where there is no objective.

Yeah i noticed that hardly anyone talks online on the ps3!

When i watch my mates play on there xboxes the games moods are buzzing,

obviously the xbox comes with a headset so everyone uses it,

i think ps3 would benefit from including a headset with the console!

Everyone doesn't use the 360 headset. Hell even I don't use it 99% of the time because I usually end up in a party where nobody talks or a bunch of 11/12 year olds screaming and everyone for whatever reason.

I'm trying to get all the enemy intels. But how the f*ck am I supposed to get the intel inside the broken elevator in the 'Of Their Own Accord' level?

 

There's some sort of invisible wall blocking me from entering the elevator. It happens all the time. How the f*ck am I meant to get the laptop if I can't get inside?!

I'm currently on a mission to unlock the Mastery title for the Intervention. It's gonna take a long time to get 40 FMJ kills though, I've only got 2 so far without actually trying for them but I've had FMJ on for a while, gonna have to make a conscious effort for it now. I am quite obsessed with the whole callsign title unlock thing, I've really been turned around on the idea simply because there's hundreds of them and I'm a sucker for customisation.

 

This has also lead to my new rotator sig, much thanks to anuj for extracting all the backgrounds.

The FMJ challenge is the only thing stopping me getting my Mastery title for a few weapons now, I just never see the opportunity to get them so I've been stick on them for a while now.

A few kills from FMJ on the scar, just unlocked Urban camo on it then decided to snipe.

 

Got a 24-2 score on Estate, just camped in the house with the TAR-21 and scavenger, got an AC-130 just at the end of the game. Was pissing everyone off with my camping it was funny, they all decided to rush in after me through the side entrance, and I cut them all down with my last clip and got the 130, then picked up some more ammo from their bodies

Got all 45 intels and recieved a trophy.

 

Oh and I used guides, just so you know. You need a lot of spare time on your hands to go look for them yourself.

To get more trophies and so you can get the platinum, I got all the intels when I played through on veteran.

yeah, I like Roach, Ghost was my favorite character (there is a comic book about him coming out lol). Never expected it from Shepherd. But it was nice to once again play as Soap, under Prices command, just like the good old COD 4 lol.

 

Also is Ak 47 is really that good? You have to be rank 70 to unlock it

whats point of getting intels? u get cheats like in COD4?

You get nothing for intel. This is what achievements have done. You now get side-tasks to complete in games that give absolutely zero rewards and are usually boring and repetitive. The intel serves no purpose whatsoever.

I gotta agree. I was a bit let down by the fact that intel didn't unlock cheats like in previous games. But I love me some easy gamerpoints. Not to mention I get to play through the story again which isn't bad.

I also think intel are just a complete waste of time, I mean why the hell do they put this sh*t in? For me it just ruins the fun of playing it again and no reward for it. I think they put it in to give you a reason to play again because the game's so short as it is But apart from a few flaws like this, the game's still brilliant
