Also some dude nailed a quadruple kill with a Stinger today against my team when we were playing on Quarry. The killcam was pretty awesome, and all I could muster was "holy sh*t".

To everyone with the Xbox 360 version, is anyone interested in doing some Spec Ops matches? I really want to try the first mission that requires two people (since it's based on Death From Above. I swear, I've wanted to explore that level on foot ever since the first time I played CoD4).

Man do I love using the Scar with a heartbeat sensor and acog scope. My secondary would then be a G18 with a RDS. Man I had an awesome game with it in favela. After using up all my Scar ammo pretty fast I switched to my trusty G18 and rapes quite a few people with it. The fast rate of fire + stopping power=epic secondary weapon.

It is, it's not the Death From Above map, which i would've thought would be a much more interesting play for the person on the ground as it's something completly new to see from an on-the-ground perspective.

I really miss how fun it was to play Search and Destroy on CoD4, that's all I would play on there. It just doesn't feel the same in Modern Warfare 2, the map layouts are just weird. It's like they are meant for TDM and nothing else. Is it just me, or does someone else feel the same way?

I just had the MOST epic game EVAR on Domination on Scrapyard. When I play Domination, I play for the win, not for kills.

 

Tho' in this game I went 51 kills and 50 deaths. It was absolutely ridiculous, I would run in, get two quick kills, then die. Then I would just die, and this would repeat over and over. It wasn't my best game, but I was having so much fun, I was laughing my ass off at the end of the game.

Just went 30-0 on Estate. Apparently you're hacking if you're running a Scavenger build and tossing a tac insert behind their spawn. Didn't help that they couldn't f*cking move up the hill AT ALL because some dude on my team was hacking or just really f*cking good. He was like 40-2, and I'm pretty sure he only died because he completely ran out of ammo.

 

Killing 4+ opfor with Predators is awesome too.

 

Pretty awesome when two guys on your team account for 7000 of the 7500 points. The thing that sucks is that the teams are balanced by placing alternate guys based on score, so you can't run with a good teammate for more than a game in Merc TDM.

Model 1887 Akimbo is quite possibly my new favourite thing in MW2, the way you cock them when you take them out is awesome and what happens after a shot off is f*cking cool, completly badass too.

That and you can practically lock down a hallway with them. I haven't unlocked it/them yet, but I was getting wrecked by some guy on Skidrow I think and he had them. It's not like 4 at all where they had ZERO range. You can actually take down f*ckers with them. Like real shotguns!

How do I make it swap faster?

 

To be honest i'm really quite noob in being creative with the perks and attachments etc. I always use the same like maybe bling, stopping power etc. I'm not sure how to use all the perks to their full potential.

Somehow just ended up in a free-for-all match with only two other people on Estate. Went 28-3. Which means that the other two players only got 3 kills between them. I have no idea why they both stayed the whole match cuz if I was getting owned like that I would have quit early on. At one point when launching a predator missile, one of the poor saps was approaching to knife me when he got a surprise from up above. Haha I love this game.

I was on Estate playing Domination, it was a whole bunch of luck that i got it really, i managed to get a care package which gave me a Pavelow and that took out 3 people just before i got the other 3, but i was pretty glad i got it.

 

@anuj: I agree, shotguns in this game can actually mess up people fairly good, and you can hold a room by yourself with one if you're decent with them.

Ohhh so you only have to kill the whole team in 10 seconds at the beginning of a life? Not the beginning of the round?

 

As for shotguns I like the AA12 if I'm not using the Raffica. Although sometimes I mistake it for a rifle by accident and look like a fool.

One Man Army Pro cuts the swap to 3 seconds, but you can't switch again. It would be cool if you could keep swapping without having 1MA in your other classes.

 

There is no one set of perks that is right for everyone. If you have fun playing with default classes, then more power to you. You don't need to use Cold Blooded, Ninja, or Marathon if you don't like playing with them.

I love Hiding in the bushes around the outskirts of derailed and rundown. Just waiting for some one to come by, then ambushing them with stun grenades to slow them down then moving in for a kill.

I played an entire game on Derail theother day where the whole of the enemy team camped inside the middle building sniping with a few others just taking shots at others with M4's, so i went in with my .44 Magnum and killed them everytime they came in the building. Damn i want the Magnum akimbo though, i've seen a few with it and it loosk like it's from a wild west game, plus they absolutely rape.

You still lose all your sh*t (i haven't prestiged but it seems like it'd be the norm now) and i've heard you get new callsign stuff, an extra CaC slot and some new challenges (well i'm not sure on the new challenges), i'm nearly at the 1st prestige, so i can tell you guys what stuff you get when i do eventually, unless someone else is in prestige.

 

And yes, the M1887 is the sh*t, best Akimbo weapon by far too.

But either im crap at this one, or the online players are just much, much better!

Im on level 24 and im usually averaging out to equal deaths to kills

Another create a class slot would be nice. But I was mostly just hoping on keeping callsigns.

 

I never really minded about losing guns as usually my favorites were there at the start, its just that I hate losing challenges that I spend hours doing. Like in the first game, I got all headshots for every weapon except 2 sniper rifles. And that would all be erased after prestige.

 

I wish the challenges overlapped. Its annoying as hell having to re complete things I got annoyed with just to get out of the way. Its all bollocks really.

 

They did say you would get some rewards and good sh*t for doing it, but if its just the same as WaW then thats just bullsh*t.

 

What c*nts. At the very least all challenges should be unlocked from level 1. So you can gain xp asap.

Oh yeah, i forgot to mention that you do keep all those, there's an in game tip that shows on the loading screen for MP that tells you that those are all kept when you prestige.

Well i think the PS3 is the only system up to 1.04, but i've had no problems with it yet, so you should be fine.
