He lives in east beach, he is asleep possibly dreaming when CJ robs him, and he has a load more guns than emmet does. Not quite sure about the 8-6-3 bit yet.

1) Head east. Colonel Fuhrberger lives in East Beach.

 

2) 8 - 6 - 3. In the mission "Home Invasion", you have 8 minutes to rob his house, 6 boxes to rob and only 3 boxes are necessary to rob.

 

3) Don't fret. It's just a dream. If you fill up the noise bar to the max, Fuhrberger will think it's a dream, but this can only happen once.

 

4) Eat your heart out, Emmet. More and better guns than Emmet. Simple
