hmm, is it that slave guy that lives in a crack house with the other guy that gives him crack if he cleans the apartment? I forget his name but CJ recognizes him in one the cut- scenes. He is scene in the back scratching his neck jonesing for his next fix. The guy tells him to get back to work cleaning. I think later on in that mission you get a shotgun to kill the ballers in the crack house? I took my best shot.
