!!GC!! 11 Posted June 4, 2009 (edited) Who or What Am I, commonly initialised to WOWAI by SA regulars, was originally created by Stefan with Version 1 beginning in October 2006. Version 2 was locked in April 2007, with Version 3 kicking off later that same month. However, it became so popular that it put strain on the server and was needed to be locked. Version 4 was opened in July 2008. It, again, quickly became immensely popular and was credited as a pinned topic in the forum. Unfortunately, Stefan is an irregular visitor to the San Andreas section nowadays and i put my hand up to take over the reigns. He agreed that this was best for the topic so Version 4 was locked in June 2009. Now, this is the 5th Version of WOWAI, and i hope it can be as popular as its preceding sister topics. This is definitely the most popular game to appear in the SA section, and one of the most visited topics in these forums as well, putting it up there with the likes of the Chain Game and other such Trivia topics. They (trivia topics), however, haven't had as much attention as these, so they perished while WOWAI stands strong. The rules of this game are simple. One person asks a question, with a minimum of 2 clues to start off, but not asked in a trivial manner. Example of a question: •I am silver.•But my name is brown Members then post, trying to guess the answer.Example of an answer: The Brown Streak Railroad? Once the answer has been confirmed, the next question is asked by the person who got the previous question correct.Of course, a PASS can be called, therefore anyone may take a turn. If a new question is started before the previous one was confirmed to be correct, it will be considered illegitimate and be scrapped. The question-asker will recieve a 48 hour ban. If a temporarily banned member posts, it will be taken to higher authorities to deal with, but im sure this will never happen. As general rule, if the question-asker doesn't reply for 24 hours, the question can be scrapped and a new question may be asked by anyone. Similarly, if someone posts a correct answer, they have 24 hours from when the answer is confirmed to post or a Free Turn can be taken by anyone. Please, do not spam. Make sure each post at least has a guess in it to keep the game going and not clog up the topic. People who repeatedly spam will recieve 48 hour bans. You may chat amongst yourselves, as long as you include a guess in your post. Otherwise, it will be considered spam. In spite of all this, this is an amazingly fun game so don't forget to enjoy yourselves. It has to be strict because of the sheer size the topics get and spam can have a large effect on this. All question must relate to an unmodded version of San Andreas. WARNING: This is your only warning. Anyone who breaks these rules will receive punishment based on the severity of the offense. I was referring to, when flying planes, they appear out of no where and i blow up. But, it can also mean what devilrock said, too. 3. I can be found in all parts of the state. They can. 4. I am more obvious than you may think. They are everywhere. I was thinking people would be thinking about more specific things and trees are quite obvious. Some good guesses in there though. The entire LV strip is lines with trees. The main street of Fort Carson is filled with trees. The ground all around Toreno's Ranch is filled with trees.
