Seddo Posted October 8, 2009 Share Posted October 8, 2009 I kept getting 13 mill £ every month for no reason, I wonder if that was a bug or if the contract i signed were just bloody great If that's not one hell of a contract and turns out to be a bug then i hope it happens to me as i started my manager mode with the mighty Crewe Alex, could do with a bit of cash. I think somebody mentioned it in here but i've just only started noticing it but 98% of all deflections, tackles, balls of the woodwork and anything else, it always seems to fall to the opposition and it's driving me mad now. I think it was me, yeah that is remarkably irritating, i've got it under control now it seems. I don't know what I'm doing differently but it seems to be working. If it isn't a bug, I suppose it only works with the bigger clubs. If not, lets hope its a bug we enjoy About the tackling part, yes that is bloody annoying. EDIT: Spoke way too soon on the defending/ai being sorted out thing. Currently getting hammered 3-1 by Aston Villa as Man Utd. Van Der Sar seems to have an illness that prevents him from actually grabbing the ball. Make that a loss, Van Der Sar is a f*cking cock. chris Posted October 8, 2009 Share Posted October 8, 2009 Yeah im quite pissed off with Fifa to be honest, it seems like every time i pass the ball it gets deflected/passed to the wrong player with like an 8/10 succesfull pass rate. I was good player on Fifa 09 but i play like sh*t on 10, makes me feel bad about myself lol. Another thing i just remembered, whenever the opposite team on xbox live is on a break and my players run towards them they quite easily turn away and leave my player to catch up, however when i go on the break there players can tackle me like its a piece of piss despite me doing exactly as they do. I have the exact same problem, it seems to be on every game even when playing '09, people can blitz through my defence where as i'm left struggling to even get a shot away at a decent distance. Is anybody having problems uploading footage? my Y (Upload) button is like greyed out... Edit: Lmao, i just got a yellow card for being offside. I usually play FIFA on PC/PS2 so I'm not used to playing it on the PS3 or 360 (my mate has a PS3 so I played it on that), but honestly I found it really good. I think with bugs it's hit and miss; some people have more bugs than others. My mate said that he had played about 10 games of manager mode so far, and had no problems. However, I was talking to another friend (who has it on 36) and his game is practically f*cked up: • His assisstant coach placed Branislav Ivanovic as Captain, even though he was in the reserves and wasn't even on the bench. • He was losing 3-0 to Norwich in the League Cup (as Chelsea lol) and Petr Cech came up for a corner. Mind you, Cech didn't get the ball, and the Norwich players found it quite easy to score a goal while Cech was running backwards. • When Ronaldo has the ball, the commentator yells "Moreira" for some weird reason. • He kicked the ball in the rain, and instead of skidding the ball just stayed stuck to the ground, idle. There are more but seriously I suggested that he cash in the game at Cash Convertors or something. And you gotta love the random flukey goals you score. I was playing against my friend (Man Utd/Liverpool), and was down 1-0, about 90th minute, Gary Neville gets the ball about half way, I tap and boom, top left corner, Reina can't get a hand to it. They did advertise realism. Of course because it's a footy game, i'm sure officials making mistakes would of been pointed out by EA as a feature if it was intended to happen. Seeing as all this VP stuff has been sorted out i thought i would give it ago at adding me into the game....going through the menus and then it says you need 2GB of RAM....2 gig of RAM, are they having a laugh. I tried mine and it doesn't look to bad on the EA website but once i've uploaded it to my virtual pro then that's where things go wrong, doesn't look anything like me and i'm whiter than a ghost, still it was better than what the majority of peoples results. Knew it'd be only a matter of time before we got some footballers. Saying that, the player I made on Fifa looks hell of a lot more accurate that my boxer. I've only been able to replay goals, don't know how to record them. When you score a goal you like go into the replay feature . Go to the part where you want a starting point then press up and it should fill the time bar with a white bar with two triangle looking things at the start and the end. All you need to do now is press triangle to upload, select a free space then press x. If you use up all of your spaces you can simple overwrite a video you don't want any more and upload a new one.
