I checked, and it said November 4th, 1:00 AM. Does it say 11pm for you on that site? If so, we're f*cked. EDIT: played around with my system clock, it's 11pm at current time, when I set it a few hours later, the site does the same. Yay. EDIT 2: Now it's stuck on 8am, which makes sense if it launches at 1am in central America. Damn it, damn it, damn it. Minic Posted November 3, 2009 Share Posted November 3, 2009 Just added you Fullmetal. Damn the demo is awesome, it's a blast to play. It took a while to do the crecendo(sp?) event while playing on advanced though, i don't wanna know what it's gonna be like on expert. I never got to play L4D1 on PC, but playing this demo on PC, my god, it seemed like a much better experience playing it on PC, the graphics seemed better, the overall way the game controls too seems so much better. I think i'm gonna pick this up on PC over the 360 one. Also, thanks to Pat (even though you dropped out), Graham and Ptikobj for playing on it with me, was better to play with some people i knew. Rebel Posted November 3, 2009 Share Posted November 3, 2009 I just played myself, with a bunch of random people needless to say they all were hoggy bitches about their medic packs and never shared with people who had less health. So I died first, and then they died about 3 feet away from the last map safe house. Completed the second level with another bunch of people after everyone left the first game but I stayed. Anyone run into a tank yet? I did on normal was pretty fun. Got mounted about 4 times by a jockey also fun. And anyone come across those zombies in police riot gear? Pain in the ass to kill. Should've been full auto though in my opinion... haven't gotten the chance to test the Desert Eagle on the undead (and damn, they just used the same Desert Eagle model from Counter Strike Source... I'm sure they just edited it a bit). Anyways... I'm sold. More melee weapons... more WEAPONS in general. More items. The only big minus are the characters (I just loved L4D1's characters. And I only played the free weekend!). Ok, I just played 4/5 times the same 2 missions over and over again. Damn fun. It's seriously INSANE on the hardest difficulty. You definatly need 4 experienced players else you aren't going to make it. And Pat if it's ok I'll add you later in the morning (it's 1.40am here). Time to get some sleep... I've tried the frying pan and I f*cking love it. Killing them in one hit is fun! I passed the first mission on expert with just the computer controlling the other people, and I was using the frying pan! Still I died on the second part though. Anyone noticed that 1 hit from a zombie on expert and it takes away about 20HP? Don't know if they do that in the first game but f*ck me its a big hit in this one. Just had a muck about as the infected, man it's fun to play as the new ones, and i still can't over the fact they gave the spitter a bright pink thong, what where they thinking?!
