It's never too soon for a trailer. Hell, they released a trailer/demo of Alan Wake in 2005 and the damned thing STILL isn't out yet.

The site says it'll be coming fall 2009. Based on that there should at least be a trailer if not a few pics by the end of June or early July. Just a little longer of a wait than E3, but hopefully it'll be worth it.
