I think that Luis was in the car getting chased by the cops, but i checked it earlier on to see who was in car, but i couldn't see anyone in it.

i just played the mission a couple of hours ago.

the car keeps changing and this time it was a feltzer convertible and the driver was dark skinned with short hair.

 

i know, this could be a coincidence. guess we'll find out when the game is out.

thats eerie
