RockStar North is the leading GTA franchise developer.RockStar Toronto does the porting.So North just makes it for consoles, and the other studio does the porting, thus North can(and will) make GTAV after TBoGT is complete.As we know, M$ and R$ only agreed to make two exclusive DLC chapters. Yes... I know this. But as you and everyone else knows, the first two are xbox 360 exclusives, thus for the PC to get downloadable content another new crossplatform DLC has to be made. And since Rockstar North handles the story line, and Rockstar Toronto only does the porting, that means Rockstar North would have to waste their time making yet another DLC. We got a man who confirms that we will get DLC. And we have another man who says we won't get DLC. Both are from R*.......who do you believe? The latest Xbox 360 exclusive game is Splinter Cell:Conviction.We all know how this will end.The game get's released, and 6 months later it comes out for the PC.So, how much did M$ pay to UbiSoft for this "exclusive" title? I know the two XBOX DLCs are subject to an exclusivity agreement with Microsoft. But wouldn't it be great if Rockstar and Microsoft were to get back together and agree to release those DLCs for Microsoft's other platform, GFWL, after a suitable period of time? It would be easy money for Rockstar because the DLCs are already developed and probably won't need much adaptation to make them run on the PC. I pretty much know it's not gonna happen though. A guy from Ubisoft clearly said that SC Convition will be released on PC and X360. It's an exclusive game among CONSOLES. One developer creates map packs for a game, the other developer creates an entirely new game/experience. On top of that: Rockstar received alot of money. Treyarch/Activision just are Microsoft whores (heck, they do it for free unlike R*). Same thing can be said about Infinity Ward but if you say that you'll unleash a sh*tstorm :].
