deathil93 Posted May 23, 2009 Share Posted May 23, 2009 Hey chaps, I just bought an ATI Readon 2400 Pro with 512Mb and a 1Gb DDR1 memory stick for my old PC. I'm going to get it on monday and I want to make a bet with you guys if GTA IV will work on it hehe Here is the specs after the upgrade: CPU: Pentium 4 HT 2.8Ghz RAM: 1.5Gb DDR1 @ 400Mhz each (3 sticks) GPU: ATI 2400 Pro 512Mb overclocked HDD: WD 120Gb I'll first try to run it on a un-overclocked GPU and if it will work i'll overclock it and post the benchmarks I want to see what you think and if your willing to bet. If I loose I'm gonna kiss my dog in the lips, if you guys loose, well, I dunno. I win if the frame-rate will be 10-20FPS on the overclocked or un-overclocked version. just so you know, it is possible to run GTA4 on a PC like that, i've seen it run on a pc with a P4 with 2.6Ghz and a Geforce 6200 with 256mb @ 10-15FPS so I just might win this Cheers, and yes, i'm bored.
