Least Favourite Mission?

Vigilante - yes. Ambulance - complete Level 12 on any single island.

I have no hated missions here though. They all are good.

The only one that made me sweat was "Kingdom Come" but still, it's now become one of my favorite missions.

I died the first time I played it, but I find it extremely easy if I have some decent weapons, which I usually do because I collect hidden packages prior to starting any missions.

I had abit of trouble the first few times I played that mission, but with stuff like this it usually takes me a couple of replays anyway, as I like to always know where they are coming from and look for some good spots where am not going to end up getting flanked. On the 3rd - 4th time replaying this mission, I realised you could get up on the roof of the car park building, thus letting you have an advantage point. Always the best bet though, take a few good weapons with you, and some form of explosives to take the vans out with when they turn up, leaving you with a couple of guns to take the suicide bombers out.

Can someone explain to me WHY is there a timer on this mission? It doesn't make any sense suicidal.gif

Might be wrong here as I haven't played the game for a while now and can't be bothered trawling Google to find the answer, but isn't it something to do with having to get the mags to the shop in time to be sold? At the end of the mission, you see a queue of old men buying the magazines.

I hate the mission in Vice City where Avery Carrington takes you to a destroyed building and you have to play some explosives with an RC Plane, that mission takes 10 minutes.

In GTA San Andreas I hate the mission ''Life's A Beach'' where you must go to dance, and then steal a slow track and take it to a garage.

I believe it's Gripped!, or the one in Shoreside Vale where you're literally driving up mountains. I've completed this game 100% 3 different times and I needed outside help on that mission. Every. Single. Time.

Still have occassional nightmares waking up in cold sweat about that mission.

S.A.M. :Thats a hard mission.First got ot a boat then kills some guano-motherf*ckers and then wait for the Plane. If u dont shot the thing down its f*cked up as well.Sometimes i blow the damn thing up but i die from the explosion.Another hard part is then when u have to escape form the police. What a 5 star level.I normaly survive like 6 minutes until the feds come and cap my ass.

Bomb Da Base Act II: at first it was hard, as I commonly missed the Colombians, since 8-Ball runs too fast to the interior of the ship.

Marked Man, CIA agents blocking the bridge, as I crossed the bridge for the first time, I get shot down very easily by the CIA and FBI agents, then I used the Porter Tunnel system and hit the airport with 0:05 seconds left.

SAM: Required good accuracy to hit the plane in mid-air that is flying fast, you could miss your first rocket, but the easy way was to land in the airport runway, take out the Colombians then shoot the plane when it is coming towards you.

Espresso 2 Go: unmarked locations meant having to fail the mission first in order to locate the drug stands, had one chance but it was blown after I had one stall, spotted it in my sights and the timer ran out.

My pick has always been Espresso-2-go. That mission still probably haunts me because of the stressful time limit. Furthermore, your car can apparently blow up if you drive near the Leone Mafia if I remember things correctly. They are equipped with shotguns sometimes.

I don't think the mission is that hard anymore. But it was hard when I was 10-11 years and played it for the first time.

-Espresso-2-go!(tight time limit)

-Rigged to blow(you have to drive an Infernus a long distance without damaging it)

-Bomb da Base act 2(8-ball is likely to be killed, resulting in failure)

-Turismo(I hate car races in the GTA universe)

-the mission where you have to pick up porn magazines using a van

etc.

Paramedic missions- just like in any other GTA, but here it's much worse I tried it, but I don't really have patience to do it..

Storyline missions- none all of them were good wink.gif

Also I haven't tried these off-road missions like gripped they seems hard.....maybe I should try to get 100% completion in this game..

Well I just bought the game on PSN. Lets see if a few more years experience playing GTA will help. Last time I finished GTA III was in 2002 so can only vaguely remember the real annoying missions.

Take the shortcut from Saint Marks straight to the Harbor and you will skip like two thirds of the driving smile.gif

But you have to collect all the magazines or else you will fail the mission. If you miss even one on your way, you will inevitably fail once you reach the harbor.

You actually don't have to collect all magazines wink.gif . And I agree Big N Veiny was a real pain when I was playing for first time.

The one where I have to kill Salvator, I don't know how to leave the second island.

From Asuka's apartment you can take the stairs down to the harbour and head north-east towards the pier in Portland where you actually leave via boat in Last Requests. Takes a massive chunk out of the time you have to get there even though the time limit is pretty lenient.

Mine is actually the Sayonara Salvatore mission so far, first time playing it in years so everything is pretty vague as regards remembering the missions past Portland. Failed it for stupid reasons, accidentally jumping off the roof resulting in being Swiss-cheesed by the Leone's, failing to snipe him when he leaves the club, and my personal favourite, a failed kamikaze run in a Yakuza Stinger towards him as he left the club.

Everything else I haven't had problems with as yet.

the one where you have to whack yardie dealers for kenji -smack down I think

not said because of my current affiliations wink.gif

and espresso-2-go, the mission I had to cheat on back in '02

but now it is a piece of piss - same goes for payday for ray except the cheating, but now I can do that in a perennial
