Girish Posted May 23, 2009 Share Posted May 23, 2009 It's got to do with camera angle when you skid or use the handbrake (Spacebar key for handbrake). If the handbrake cam is turned on, the camera will follow the back of the car. If it's off, the camera will stay in the same direction it was before you skidded or hit the handbrake.
