GTA IV Mod for GTA SA

Hello everyone,

 

I would like to know if any one here could please use their Zmodeler or 3DS Max or whatever you use to convert peds from GTA 4 to GTA SA. I recently saw a mod http://games.softpedia.com/get/Mods-Addons...-Uniforms.shtml which is NYPD uniforms for the GTA 4 police officers and ESU officers. I am really like in love with the NYPD, and I would LOVE to have that ESU officer in the game, so if anyone could download that mod and then convert them so that I can replace the GTA SA emergency services officers with it that would be really GREAT, or even better if I can replace CJ with an officer.
