gtawizard92 Posted May 22, 2009 Share Posted May 22, 2009 On wednesday I got to rank 8 and had $1,035,000. I had also won every single gamemode/race for the AWP Trophy. However, the leaderboard said that I still had 5 races left to win. So I won those, but the leaderboard didn't update. So yesterday I went online on GTA, and it had taken $50,000 away from me and demoted me back to rank 7. Also the leaderboards still hadn't updated. Whats up with that? the same thing happened to me i was $198 000 till lvl 9 and i got it...next morning i was back to lvl 8 ..i was like.. ok... i kept playing got to lvl 9 ....it was 2.5mil till lvl 10 i got up to 2.1 mil..... i signed out (not disconnected) and there i was back at lvl 8 with 200k till lvl 9.... $600 000!! In October I was only a couple thousand away from 10 and it brought me way back to the beginning of 9 so I played a little bit, then came back another day and saw I was right back. Spuds725 Posted May 23, 2009 Share Posted May 23, 2009 The leaderboards should not affect the trophies-- I know of 2 people I helped get "fly the co-op" who after several months, still don't have their best times for BDB II under the target time. Also, when you earn a trophy, it usually takes about 5 seconds for it to be awarded to you after a game ends, the leaderboards typically take several hours to update. And once again, ALL the wins should have been done AFTER about the middle of december... any wins before then will not count toward your trophy-- on the leaderboards or not. Depends mate, if you go on there to have a laugh and play the games you like to play it will take time. If you go on to specifically rank up then there are games like Hangmans Noose, BDB II, and Deal breaker where you get around 4500 each game.
