Hydro_PT
Videocard: Nvidia GeForce 9100 Gift: The one who knows how to fix it, will get money via paypal, with this I mean how to fix the FPS lagg. That's your problem. The GeForce 9100 is not powerful enough to run GTA IV, even at minimum settings. Laptop graphics cards are not really good for gaming. If you can't upgrade the graphics card, it would be better to buy a desktop to play. So I didn't fix your problem, but I told you how to fix it, so I deserve some money via PayPal xD. Hydro_PT
Don't forget that you're using a laptop. I dunno what kind of upgrades you can do that kind of machine... probably won't come cheaper.

Hydro_PT
You mean a desktop? Ups sorry, I thought that the GeForce9100 was a laptop exclusive graphics card. I never heard of a computer with such a low-end card. Well everything becomes easier if it's a desktop. Anyway, how much do you pretend to spend? Also indicate your power supply and motherboard. You don't want to buy a graphics card that is too "strong" for your system!
Michael_Berg
Well, I am able to spend around the 100 euro for a new videocard. ikt
€95 could buy a HD4830, which overpowers a 9800GT, and with some overclocking, it's equavenat to a HD4850
