I say 'no' for the moment, because like everyone else has said it still has potential. I have a question though: does anyone actually buy anything? It seems like buying a virtual shirt is a gigantic waste of 2 bucks. confused.gif

Also, I know there's probably no other way of getting around it, but having to dowload every area I want to go gets on my nerves and is slowly eating away HDD space.

That's why they say you'll need 3GB of free space if you want everything on home.

I didn't agree with it the first time and stopped playing home...but after a while I cleaned up my HDD so I had 34GB left, then started home again.

so...never start with home when you need your HDD space.

Your post was one of the worst experiences I have ever had to go through with my eyes.

You know, I put that smiley there for a reason. I wasn't being that serious.

When the final version of HOME gets released, I'll be sure to give it a try.

Hmmm... a tounge.gif smiley would have made more sense.

Siren's short romp? Ward of Despair?

there's a homespace made for siren: blood curse (psn horror game), it has a minigame sorta like a hide and seek with monster nurses...

area almost feels like the first silent hill, was alright if not a bitch to get a game going tho tounge.gif

was neat the stuff they did tho, not great but it was alright makes you expect that better stuff like this will come down along the pipeline or something in the future.

problem with those 'mini games' is they dont have extra challenges, it's more a one-through one-difficulty game and you just try to beat your own or another person's score...

but there are still some neat stuff, like xi and the text adventure mini game smile.gif was nostalgic although obviously linear

but the guitar hero homespace was a waste imo tounge.gif

FAIL? Before we get past the Beta version??

I downloaded it today and took my first Virtual trip into HOME, it looks great but in my idea of perfection, one could exploit HOME in the same way you can Sandbox in GTA. With cars and bikes, even planes, that would kick some arse, eh?

I think there's no real issue with it graphically but each section loads as you chose fit and I guess that becomes a pain as well as the limited in scope over all. I find it's interesting so far, but I miss the jumping and climbing. I want to grab a boat and cruise the great looking water front.

I voted yes.

Why? Because there is so little to do. Plus, you have to pay real money for virtual clothes and furniture. Why should I pay anything for virtual clothes? Before it was released, I figured there was a way to get points, which you could spend on furniture, clothes, and other homes.

Yes, Lack of Content. It's been out long enough already, it should have gotten more content. And the $$ to buy virtual clothes/furniture was just dumb. All the good stuff cost $$.

Yes, Sony should not charge for custom options when it's providing PSN for free...however, perhaps that's the reason??! Dunno. Developers using the service have to pay Sony, but I felt HOME is a big undertaking and if you could exploit it like GTA, have it react a bit like a game, where everyone joining becomes the Ped of a GTA or SR like world... I would find it enticing and addictive. I got a pretty swanky place I'm happy with, however, some of that is just for looks. Still, I read they added Namco Museum somewhere in HOME, and I love that idea. There should be a points system in lieu of cash.

I was chatting with DavidCG and he got off the PSN as I was typing a message, typical! Anyone want to meet up at some point, you'd have to syncronise watches! haha

I'm downloading the Fuel demo which is bigger then the Uncharted (orig.) one! Says it'll take 59 minutes. Huh
