StoneyWhistle Posted May 20, 2009 Share Posted May 20, 2009 TOPIC The American Tactical Forces challenge was invented by both StoneyWhistle and Joey Palm of ATF. The clan consist of sixteen players. The ATF Challenge was not created for people to join, but it was created for an xbox live activity. It has been planned for two months now, and has finally come to life. The challenge will see how good of players you are. IDEA IN A NUTSHELL The type of games are limited though. All weapons, but Rocket Propelled Grenades are allowed. In other words, this means…NO RPGS! We do not tolerate “Noobish” styles of killing. If you are joining the challenge just to be a “jerk”, then go ahead and don’t bother. This is for serious, and great Grand Theft Auto IV players only. If you want to prove that you are worthy of being one of the greatest players in GTA IV history, you wont even hesitate to join the challenge. PARTNERS AND DECISIONS We strongly suggest that you and your “partners” can work together really well. If not, you may either leave the challenge, or just mute the other player. If you are another clan, and you would like to join the challenge. We would love it, and we honestly don’t care what race, what sex, what heritage, or anything else. We only care on skill. It has been confirmed within’ the clan that you and your fellow “partners” get to have a vote on what weapons (STILL NO RPGS) We strongly suggest you not choose weapons that are weak. I mean, how fun would that be? (a**hole =P) The players will also get to vote on what map they would like to do. What the terms would be, and if blips are on or off. If you say you do not want people in choppers, make sure your teammates are okay with that. We are very easy going people, and we will listen to as many of the commands for the match as we can. TIME, DAY, AND TIME ZONE Most importantly, you and your partners can suggest a date to face us. We are usually free on weekends, and the summer, I think most of us will show. We just want to make sure that everyone will be free, but if you feel like you can’t make it, and if you decide to spare it, and let your team go ahead and do the challenge. That would be just fine. The dates are very important, and if you do not show up without telling us what is going on, the challenge will continue and you will not be included in on this challenge. But replacements are acceptable. SAD NEWS Lastly, and defiantly not least, cause this may be the most important thing of it. StoneyWhistle, me…I have a horrible connection cause I live in the south of the United States, and I live in the country, and that is mainly why. I am deeply sorry if you cannot connect to the session because of me. But, that is why there will also be hopeful replacements. Even though you will not be able to connect, you will be acknowledged as a worthy player, and when my connection gets better, we will try and contact you. REASON FOR THIS Okay, now that you have all the basics down, I would like to tell you that all of the matches will be recorded with a Dazzle Capture Card. This is the whole point of the challenge. So you doing the challenge will be uploaded, so I really hope your not camera shy. NOT ONLY ONCE?! That is all of the info you need on this “event” Besides the fact that the “event” will keep on going, from match to match. CONTACTS Well, now we are done here. Now I know it sounds pretty cocky, but we are excellent players at the game, but we never have anything to do. And to do "gang" matches on here, you need to create a gang. Now most of the matches on here are pretty unique. This is unique itself, cause 1. it is on the 360 2. Cause it is straight up war and 3. Anybody can join lol Except you PS3 Fanboys of course I mean, everything is under construction right now, everyone is dealing with finals and stuff like that, and I need to buy my capture card, but it will be together soon. And we will be in the "gangs" section soon. ASA all our guys sign up, and I get all the graphics made. But Mr. Chris, that is the whole point of the challenge, and I will write everyone's name down if they join, and as soon as this opens up, we can go ahead and get a match started?
