paul Posted May 19, 2009 Share Posted May 19, 2009 first if you want any law enforcement vehicles exept the police cruiser and patrol, you'll need to activate Cops ON or if the game has already those settings. Second it's NOOSE truck or enforcer which you can get at 4 stars and the FIB buffalo may also appear. And third don't use caps and hydro, they do appear. I've grown up around guns and I have never in my life seen or handled a rifle with a scope with such a short eye relief. Great fun I had with the enforcer the other day I don't really play a lot on freemode games, that's why I said I wasn't sure. And when I do play on FM, I don't go searching for those cars. I know that on SP the SWAT and FBI vehicles don't spawn, only if you get a 3-star wanted level or more. I thought it was the same in MP, even though some rare cars (like the Infernus and Super GT) appear there. MMDeveloper: Maybe he has cataracts? The NOOSE Cruiser, Police Patrol, NOOSE Patriot, Police Maverick, Predator, and FIB Buffalo aren't in FM. I've heard rumors, but never found them.
