I have tried and searched almost all the websites of the free download but all of them were waste. Can anyone Please tell me where can I download it for free and safe without any virus. Any free copy of Vice City you download from anywhere on the Internet will be deemed as piracy, and you will be breaking the law. Any sort of discussion of piracy/warez here on GTAF is also prohibited, so my only advice would be to legally purchase the game. You can purchase the game for a small fee on a very successful & genuine download site; Steam. As far as I know, the only free copies of GTA you can legally download are GTA original & GTA2. As far as Vice City is concerned, you'll still have to buy it from a shop. Alternatively, as flicko suggested, you can download the games from legal services such as Steam and Direct2Drive. These downloadable versions do not support mods, so if you're into mods, by the game from a store. Won't cost you much - the game's nearly six years old and will be dirt cheap. Download all the files one by one.Not at the same time!!! And extract the first file and enter passwird when extracted run setup and intall..
