SicoMusic
I put M PACK in My documents in gta folder. I have that all right but nothing at all happens. I have Cleo 3 installed. I just go to start new game and well it starts a new game. Nothing else please help.
PatrickW
Your "My Documents" folder should contain a "GTA San Andreas User Files" subfolder. The MPACK folder from the archive should be placed in there, not in "My Documents" itself.

GTA!!!
Which windows version are you using? If vista make sure you run the game in Windows Xp compatibility mode. If this doesnt solve then make sure you have verion 1.0 of the game ( the version 2.0 displays v2 in the corner in main menu) Use this patch to downgrade to 1.0 from 2.0- http://grandtheftauto.filefront.com/file/G...der_Patch;74661 Edited May 20, 2009 by GTA!!! GTA!!!
Uninstall cleo. Then while reinstalling tick the second ASI loader (by JernejL) during installation. The first asi loader didnt work for me. IF this doesn't solve the problem make sure you have a folder MPACK5 inside Mpack and inside MPACK5 three files are pressent- Mpack.dat , scr.scm, text.gxt
Dutchy3010
Can you show us a screenshot of your MPACK5 map? Then we can see if the files are at the right place. DYOM - Create, play, share!

PatrickW
I see that you you put in in the My Documents folder of your "administrator" account, is that also the account you use when you run SA ? Can you please check wether : C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\ indeed contain your latest San Andreas savefiles ? (The .b files should have the timestamp of the last time you saved a game to that savefile slot.
GTA!!!
PatrickW's right check whether you use the Administrator account for running GTA SA.
SicoMusic
I'm the only the account on the computer. When i got windows xp pro it didn't ask me to make an account it just went into administrator. And no my saves files arn't there. I also notice that there's a folder called Cleo saves in my Cleo folder is this my problem?
GTA!!!
Remove any cleo scripts and make a new account(administrator and put the files in the GTA SA user files folder in that account)
SicoMusic
Yeah i tried removing all Cleo scripts awhile ago, must of forgot to mention that sorry. Ill make a new account if i must.
PatrickW
Creating a new account wont be needed. What you need to do is finding the location where San Andreas stores the save-files. Use the file-find option of windows XP (Start->Search) to locate "*.b" files on your harddisc. Once you found the location where the recent save-files are stored, you should put the DYOM directory in the same directory as the savefiles. Futuristyc
Use notepad as default program. - Open your GTA SA, while you open gtasa, press Alt+Tab key or just press the windows logo key at your keyboard to go to your desktop. - Copy MPACK folder and paste to your GTA San Andreas User Files (located on your My Documents). - Press Alt+Tab back to return to your gta. - Start Game > New Game > Design Your Own Mission. - Done. i hope it works... I doubt the OP or anyone else who was in this thread is still here anyway. So there is no point in ressurecting such an old topic.
