TOGA62
Well I guess the trailer for this finally got released yesterday. I'm a big Guy Richie fan (at least some of his older work) and this movie looks like its got some potential. I just hope they didn't play all the funny parts in the trailer. Got to wait till Dec 25th to see it, but this thing packs a real punch! HD Sherlock Holmes Trailer Social: TOGA62 PS3: balltowellamp

TOGA62
"Beneath this pillow.....lies the key to my release." i know I laughed my ass off when I heard that. Classic guy richie dialogue with the play on words. Social: TOGA62 PS3: balltowellamp
Goodfella.
Looks fun, though I'd watch Rosie O'Donnell's gaping vagina for two hours straight if Robert Downey's head was sticking out of it.

I don't think I have seen him in a film since then that I don't like to be honest... Social: TOGA62 PS3: balltowellamp
Ciabatta
This looks ridiculously good, humorous and certainly a big-budget blockbuster. I would happily throw down my money to see a re-working of Sherlock Holmes on film rather than Star Trek or Transformers any day.
Creed Bratton
I'm looking forward to this. I've been following it for some time now. And I want Robert Downey to win his Oscar next year

MC.
Is it just me, or is Mark Strong the spitting image of a young Andy Garcia? Yeah! I really thought he looked a lot like Andy Garcia. Good call.
Ronmar The Only
Alright, I'm not losing my mind. I had asked a friend and she was like, "Is that one of the Wilson brothers?" But on the topic of the movie, I'm taking it that this film is spinning Sherlock Holmes in a, mostly, different way than the books? I've never read any of the books, or seen any theatrical adaptation, of it. The trailer looks interesting, I'll give it that. Andyzoot
I love Robert Downey and I love Mark Strong so surely I should love this film, no? Really digging Downey's accent too.
Don Garcia aka NjNakedSnake
The complaints about this film are funny. "What the hell!? Sherlock Holmes isn't a f*cking action movie/story!" I guess they're kinda right, but what did they expect? A movie look this would be dull without action. And that bare knuckle fight scene looks brutal. papanesta
Can't believe I missed this topic, and only just stumbled upon the trailer... To say what hasn't already been said; I f*cking love Rachel McAdams, and that hammer scene was actually brilliant.

Bartleby
Looks good to me, I like Downey Jr. Also couldn't help but wonder how long it is before pappy turns 1:35 into a signature.
Slamman
Young Sherlock Holmes was a Spielberg production I also enjoyed, worth seeing, however, STILL the best is WITHOUT A CLUE. Ben Kingsley and Michael Caine put a different spin on the ole legend and it's damn funny.
