Nico Bellic Posted May 18, 2009 Share Posted May 18, 2009 i dont think if it was released 2009 that it will make a huge difference...the graphics would be the same,because you cant improve euphoria or invent new engine just buy waiting one year or even less then that...the only thing that we would have is longer time to wait for the game to come out and even longer for the expansion...if it took like one year to improve graphics so much that we could say a bigger "Woooow" then that what we had when GTA IV came out then games like the GTA series will be coming out every month ,with new patches and stuff like that... Wolfmight Posted May 19, 2009 Share Posted May 19, 2009 As long as the graphics are atleast better than GTA3 (don't have to be GTA4), I'm good. Gameplay is the biggest thing I look for. I'm completing Liberty City Stories after I completed GTA4, and I don't mind the downgrade in graphics at all. I really like the gameplay. I use a small TV for the PS2, hah so I don't notice the upscale from PSP either. did the same for Vice City Stories (which was awesome btw) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Large open world games with semi-randomly spawning NPCs everywhere can never have enough memory and speed. GTA IV is the limit of what these consoles can do. It took 6 years from GTA III and GTA IV. The next GTA will probably have a connection to GTA IV, like Vice City and San Andreas (Along with the portable ones) had to III. I beg to differ about TLAD. I mean, there aren't friends to piss you off, but Terry and Clay keep calling me to remind me that I could call them for backup. And none of that San Andreas Cheap Tank Peace of Crap. I want the real Rhino back, like in GTA3, Vice, etc. The godly Rhino. The one in San Andreas caught fire too easy, wouldn't survive a day in a war. Musta been some middle eastern knock-off. what happened to that dark dynamo. Favorite thing to do with the original rhino: spin the gun all the way around to the back and fire it as a booster. You reach enormous speeds and blew up everything (watch out for invincible telephone poles and trees.) that's another thing. Telephone poles and skinny trees should snap down too with enough force. Those street lamps don't fall so easy in real life either, a lot of cars wrap around them instead. Might as well include the whole family of street poles.
