OabAli
I recall each whole radio station on GTA III are in WAV format and stored on the 'PLAY' disc (e.g. GAME.wav for Game FM), so you can easily convert them to MP3 (with a converter, etc.) and place it in your My Documents > Rockstar Games > GTA IV > User Music folder, for GTAIV's Independence FM. Of course it'll be in the same sequential order, with any commercials, you hear it on GTA III.

I've double-checked the GTAIII 'Play' CD, and the audio files, including the radio stations, are stored in 'X:\Audio' (with X being your CD/DVD Drive). heat84
Just Google the GTAIII music to mp3 converter and and then put the mp3's you get into the GTAIV music folder.

heat84
Just Google the GTAIII music to mp3 converter and and then put the mp3's you get into the GTAIV music folder. I did this myself and wasn't successful. Probably because they are wav files and you don't need anything special to convert wav to mp3. Doesn't GTAIV recognoze ogg too? You might as well convert to that instead. Its apparently better quality than mp3. Though I can't hear the difference. You could also just open the wav files with a media player and have it play while your playing GTAIV. It will be the same effect (you'll still hear the game sounds like normal) as if the music was coming from the game except the music won't stop when you get out of a car. At least that worked for me with previous GTA's and other games. Edited May 19, 2009 by heat84

Just need sort though them all to find the ones i want and see if i can add them lol. Program i used was San Andreas Audio Toolkit (SAAT) and to play the ogg files i used Spider player. OabAli
I'm about SA, And there is no wav files there. Just files without extensions. Well, you were asking for GTA III radio stations initially, not the San Andreas ones. Next time, correctly label the title (i.e. 'GTA SA music to GTA 4') and your original post . Rob.Zombie
Go on youtube, search for GTA SA OST or something like that, get youtube downloader, download the musics you need, put it on independence if you want a radio like sh*t, or if you want to hear them all the time just launch WMP with all the musics you want. don't tell me it's not legal, it's on youtube and believe me if it's not legal they would have removed the song for copyright claims...
