Seriously how long does it take to open the booklet that came with game, instead of switching on your computer, logging onto the internet, finding a website, registering, then typing a vague post with no details of what system you are on, asking how to do something really simple. I still dont know your platform, but if your on ps3.... pull out phone, go to multiplayer,go to games, select match, go to quick match, then just push x again when it ask you if your sure. should work, if not then i have no idea, never heard this problem before. good luck.
