ShooterSix Posted May 18, 2009 Share Posted May 18, 2009 Hey guys! Win XP home 34bit AMD brisbane dual core 3Ghz 3 gig ram Radeon 3870 512 9.3 Audigy 2 My game is screwed! Runing latest version. I launch it from Steam. Click play when the social club comes, the game starts up. I see the black screen with white text doing the copyrights. Then boom! GTAIV has encountered a proplem and needs to close. I click details, and the mod name is ylive.dll. I assume ylive.dll is my problem. I go through the files, and find ylive.dll, it says its a Games For Windows - LIVE DLL, it's in my /appdata/rockstar games folder. Right next to the savedgames folder. Uhh... wtf do I do? Thanks! Apparently my mipmap graphic settings have to be set to Max... /facepalm Now I have stutters, and am messing with the memrestrict settings. Awesome.
