Voice has disappeared

Im sorry if this is a NOOB question.

 

I did have the game running fine... but now suddenly When I make a phone call in game I cant hear the voice on the other end of phone.

Same as in cutscenes all I can hear is Niko's half of the convo. Like all other char sounds have been muted somehow yet still have all other game sounds and Nikos voice.

 

Is there a setting I ticked by mistake or do I have to re-install.

Does anyone have any ideas?
