I was highly tempted earlier to write inner-monologues to the script of San Andreas.

Example, the scene with CJ and OG Loc discussing Loc's musical endeavors:

"I'm more into that hardcore gangsta sh*t," said CJ, in his mind thinking about a single bead of sweat inching its way closer to a grown man's asshole, dreaming of the deep brown within.

Ruining San Andreas since '64.

You've got a lot of problems, don't you?

I LOVE IT!

Wow, it's been a long time. So much has happened and I have so many cool ideas.

First off, as of April 2013, I am officially a member of the BUYG staff. And I feel very good, especially considering that GTA V's release will guarantee an upswing in activity for BUYG and I'm working on a new BUYG spin-off project for later. But that's another story for another time.

Second, I'm considering doing some quick one-shots to get my creative juices flowing. I'd love to do a larger project but sadly, as we all have seen, I tend to forget about my projects. I don't give up on them, they just slip my mind. One-shots and some basic fanfics will help me get past that.

So, any new stories on here I should check out?

Grand Theft Savage

A Day in The Life of Michael

A Day in The Life of Franklin

A Day in The Life of Trevor

I wrote these. Looking back on them, there are so many things I wanted to add but I didn't want to make it too long. So I'm asking for a suggestion... Should I just write a bunch of chapters? And I also wanted to write a short L.A Noire spin-off... Don't know what to do.

Great to see you, fellow staff member!

I'd definitely recommend TonyZimmzy's Heart City: Legacy for some great action, will definitely be a standard for those BUYG fics we'll be getting soon!

Morkie's epic fics such as Justice in Flames are really good to have a great read. There's quite a lot so I'll leave it there for now.

And just for anyone wondering, "PolarityReverse" is not my duplicate account, its my friend who made an account on my high school network (after I showed him GTA-King's escapades) while I was logged on, so it came out like it was a duplicate account where it was really a separate account. You can PM me for details.

I think I'd have to mention City of Lies too - which i'd recommend reading before JIF.

There are many brilliant works here. I've been reading through tonyzim's older works, trying to get to Legacy, but it's slow going, and I can see where there has been some growth on his part. I would definitely say scroll down and just click some of the topics, many short stories you'll find entertaining and wanting more of. Even go to page 1,000,000* and see Ziggy's first work, much to his embarrassment.

Most of all i look forward to reading your own work

Nobody truly cares.

Pretty much this tbh.

What talent he has is irrelevant, it's his holier than thou attitude, that he thinks we're all hanging on his every word...

no one else here acts like the returning prodigy, and the only "fanbase" he has is the V fanboys - and that will disappear as soon as they realise it's not a gta story.

Example: I got a lot of fans with COL/JIF. I'm working on a few projects, but none are GTA, so how many will stick around for it? Not many i feel.

Scrolling down this page has brought me to tears of laughter. Love y'all.

OT: I heard 'Gangster' by Lorenzo Carcaterra was going to be made in to a movie. I hope so. Re-read that book three times now.

Kinda OT: I'll have more time to read and write on a fifth-grade level now, because all girls - aside from our mothers - are whores.

I cannot recommend Pet Semetary enough, it's a Stephen King book and really deals with the theme of loss and death in a way that is so very human that it breaks the heart. He knows that sometimes life continuing past a certain point can be an even worse fate than death, and he plays it for all it's worth.

It also contains my absolute favourite line from any book ever:

Cats were the gangsters of the animal world, living outside the law and often dying there. There were a great many of them who never grew old by the fire.

Again, you must read that story at some point. It's amazing.

I've started reading a lot more lately. I started reading King's Night Shift yesterday and I'm already halfway through. Some of the story falls flat but some have this intoxicating feel of both nostalgia and horror. I loved 'Salems Lot and Trucks. Story wise- I'm on my second draft of Red Tape that I plan to send to a magazine when it's to a quality a deem bearable to the eye.

Stop trying to talk to us like we're good pals. Nobody cares what's you're doing. You've lost that privilege of us giving a f*ck. If you request a f*ck, go talk to the morons over in the V forum. I'm sure they'll rim you til' their tongues are raw.

Zig, did you ever read Thinner? It's by Stephen King too but is more bite-sized than his usual stuff. Crazily good story.

For those looking for other 'smaller' Stephen King works - try Cycle of The Werewolf.

Inisitally planned as bite-sized story snippets for a horror calendar, it evolved into a more intricate story and it just some good old-fashioned fun. The kind of book that's perfect for reading on a bright Saturday morning.

I loved Thinner! Fat dude starts losing weight, it was so messed up. That's what I love about King's work. He can spin anything on it's head. The Stand is probably one of his greatest in my opinion and after Night Shift, I might start on The Shining or 'Salems Lot. inlove.gif
