I'm making both a young and old version. biggrin.gif The forehead wrinkles, mouth wrinkles and eye wrinkles might make em look old.

I tried giving Tommy some facial hair. Eyebrows aren't too noticable, but textures will fix that.

 

I'm gonna make the UV mapping soon, then texture it or ask someone to texture it.

Looks very good. But.. He looks old. The skin under the nose, under the mouth and under the cheeks (the parts that must be shaved, dunno the right word for it) look old; that's the only thing I don't like smile.gif.

Not sure how many polies actually. Around 6 times Turbosmooth the original mesh. wow.gif

 

He is in his late 30s I think, but does he look much older than that? I'm not sure. Maybe it's because he's all gray. With a texture he might look younger. I'll try that soon, otherwise I'll smooth him out a bit.

I can put it ingame with normal maps. Thing is, none of the GTA games, (except for the kind of unmoddable IV), have normal maps.

 

That's why I'm considering a more modern game.

I just discovered Zbrush 3 doesn't have a function to export normal maps. So I'm stuck waiting for the next version. Or I could downgrade to 2 but I don't feel like that. sad.gif The workarounds aren't satisfactory either. mad.gif

 

I updated the hair a bit and the eyebrows have been raised (hope they're good now GTAdedan smile.gif)

Until I can get the normal maps from Zbrush, Tommy is on hold. sad.gif I wanna start texturing him but can't for now I guess...
