^ Nope, most model don't have that unless it's a bad topology.

simkas is right. There's something wrong on his arm, especially the armpits part, looks so wrong.

Maybe show us it's wireframe? so we all know it's a bad render or bad topology?

I know the arm pits are bad XD

 

its a rough shape of what is yet to be done.

 

I'm not working on a complete model im doing it in parts for modding Skyrim and GTA IV.

well I've been modding it for a while.

 

I infact have 1 of the models (skyrim and gta 4)

 

I'm talking about the pants area not the arms.

 

I used an Avengers image where the Arms are in a V pose but kinda distorted.

That's not the way to do it. Meshsmooth is a massive no if you're planning on sticking that into any game engine.

Yeah, yeah. Give him a break guys. I used to do it when i was new at modelling too.

Let him learn his own way.

 

But next time try to make it looks smooth without meshsmooth or turbosmooth, or you'll get lectured by the "master".

They do the job on smoothing thing, but a lot of unused polys were created, and not suitable for a game.

just practicing since I haven't touched the god damn program in months and was getting rusty.

Well, in here, we're supposed to show our OWN work, not some ripped work from another games.

Technically it isn't yours, so we can't give any suggestion or criticism about that.

Well, 69_black_69,

person who rip this model is my friend, he live near me, through road so I have full permission to share, permission by him. So, if take look for pages before, you can see "works" from other games, not only self-modeled. Nowhere in forum' rules isn't written that I can't post rips or other models, this is community no showroom. That's all.

Read what hristobg post, it explained it well. Plus, only a loser who post a ripped/converted sh*t here.

I'm never do a converted things, i'm making all of my stuff here from scratch. It took a lot of time to make, so i show it here to get some constructive feedback from the other member, so i could perfected it.

 

It's a nice of you to share with other, but

a) It's not your work, or your friend, since you just ripped it from other games.

b) You got no permission to share those model, because of the above, and its the game publisher copyright.

c) Because of a) and b), you can't post this on this forums because it's breaking the rules.

Okey, I give a one question to you, to make sure, If you're real idiot. If there is posted a Tommy Vercetti from GTA:VC, it isn't a rip from other game? I do not care how you do it.

Well, is riped from game without permission, look, if you mod GTA:SA (install cars, mods, etc.) you have permission from Rockstar Games? Because editing game is to out of copyright's rules. Yes of course, you know it.

1. About Tommy, yes, it is ripped. But converting to another GTA game is fine here, since it still a Rockstar Games game.

2. What's prohibited is to share copyrighted stuff to other, not because we modifying the game for ourself. Example, it's prohibited if you try to sell the modded game.

 

 

Enough talking.

Anyway, i'm getting a hard time making my head so i decide to edit my old model.

Going to sculpt the detail now to practice and improve my skill.
