The Contest

This contest is the VC version of the contest that recently started for GTA IV. With this contest, we're going to determine who's the best GTA VC screenshot taker of this forum. You can excel in four rounds. After each round, each member of this forum can vote. This way it isn't a decision of the contest leader, but of the whole forum!

 

You don't have to be a very good player, a good multiplayer, a cheater, a modder or a very good photographer to join this contest. Everyone that is in possession of GTA VC (either PC, Xbox or Playstation 2) can compete. Everything depends on the screenshot you have taken.

 

There will be four rounds, each round has a theme. These will be determined by the contest leader. You have to send in a photo for every round, or you won't get any points. These photo's have to be own made, so don't take them from the internet or from a friend. If someone does this, he will be disqualified.

After the deadline of each round, everybody can vote for his favourite screenshot. Be honest, because that makes the contest even more fun!

 

Rules

 

Participating in the contest:

• If you want to join, you have to send a PM to Dutchy3010.
• If you want to send in a photo, please send it by PM to Dutchy3010. Anywhere else on the forum means that you are disqualified for this round.
• It isn't allowed to edit your photo (for example with photoshop).
• You have to make the photo in singleplayer. This way members with internet for GTA VC don't have better opportunities then members without internet.
• Any form of Modding is not allowed.
• The first photo you send in, is the one that participates.
• The photo has to be own made, you may not send in one made by another.
• Your photo should be new, this means that you aren't allowed send in photo's that you already distributed to the internet.
• There is a deadline, if you send in a photo after the deadline, it will not compete.
• Your photo may have a description of one sentence.

Voting:

• You may not vote for your own photo.
• A member has to have at least 10 posts to be eligible to vote.
• A member that votes and turns out to be a duplicate account, won't be counted. If it's a duplicate account of a participant, he will be disqualified.
• If you want to vote, you have to compose a top3 list. Voting for one or two photo's isn't allowed.
• Votes after the voting-deadline will not be counted.

Points

During the voting rounds, you can earn points when your name is in a top-3 list. Number one will gain 3 points, number two will gain 2 points, number three will gain 1 point. After each round there will be a score so far.

Even though Vice City is a bit old, it is still a beautiful game, and you can still enjoy playing it. I don't know if there will be any photo contests in the future, but if there is another, I can only hope members will be such as fanatic as the members who participated or voted in this competition. Well firstly thanks to Dutchy3010 who spent the best part of a month nagging at me "where's your screenshot eh CC ?" and "come on CC let me have it big boy" (I think she was talking about the screenshot) at any rate I certainly let her have it .......... the screen shot I mean. You are becoming quite the contest organiser. I am wondering will the next contest involve a polaroid camera and a ruler ? and will viagra be classed as a "mod". Anyway it was fun

 

As for which pictures are mine, I am shocked you need to ask mine were the perverted ones of course, that should give you enough of a clue to guess which are mine. If you need further help just look at the pictures and captions and which ever ones make you think "damn this guy needs to get laid badly" are mine.

 

Any way I can't stop I got a mountain of bans waiting for me

And the winning sigs are nicer then those on the IV Contest imo, because they show everyone's pic in the background, and i dunno, just felt like the VC screens are a bit better then the IV ones.

This contest was a lot of fun, as it forced me to spend again considerable time in my favorite GTA, which I greatly enjoyed.
